環境很好，游泳池漂亮，坐看朝陽夕陽🌇； 可能受疫情影響，幾年耽擱了設備設施升級；設備有些老了，部分衞生不好！ 服務還是不錯的。

I don’t quite know where to start, we’ve traveled the world and for some reason hotels just can’t get the basics right. Pictures always look amazing when booking and when you get there you quickly find out that it’s more basic than a ground floor batchelor apar**ent. Given they are trying to recover from a hurricane from two years ago, however almost finished with building an entire building, whilst neglecting the original building. Heads up, a bathroom makeover doesn’t cut it! Food was below average, (breakfast) no espresso machine, breakfast not included even though it said it was. Parking is charged for at $20 a day ! How and why I can’t understand how you charge your patrons to park in your site !!!! Valet is different, this wasn’t the case. Sadly the entire working half of the hotel overlooks a construction site, and but a beautiful beach as displayed on booking site, talk about over sell and under deliver. When we tried to move rooms and get a better one, we where told no changes can be made to the booking, even with travel insurance option taken. All in all nothing special, will not be back and will not recommend it. Pity because the staff are great ! Hope Marriot picks up their socks on this one, poor performance for a prestige hotel group.

Thank you very much for these 2 wonderful days… We had to cancel one night upon arrival which was no problem at all… We even got an upgrade from a mega-large suite even though we had only booked a standard room… The staff, whether reception, the Bar or restaurant was so incredibly friendly that you thought you were the only guest in this beautiful hotel… It is highly recommended!!!

Loved the spa, with sauna, steam room and whirlpool. I would have liked to have taken advantage of spa services, tennis and pickle ball but not enough time. Did not like to pay for parking at a large resort like this and parking is not cheap.

Kudos to everyone on the food & drink service side - Chris, Asta & Nick at The Cove, room service was great, and of course Nelson’s help with everything else. Housekeeping could use a bit better training. Our room was not serviced between Monday and Friday. The two staff we asked about it Friday morning very kindly assured they would discuss with housekeeping; however, our room had still not been cleaned when we returned from our day trip Friday afternoon. When we called the front desk they asked if our do not disturb card had been on the outside of our door. No. We travel quite a bit and are quite aware of how the do not disturb card works. We’re relatively certain that had we not found Nelson our room might not have been cleaned again for at least another day. The other issue was the consistent noise. Whether guests thumping music until 1:30 a.m., the very loud elevator “ding”, or housekeepers chatting and laughing in the hallway outside our door very early in the mornings, sleeping was frequently interrupted throughout each night. Honestly had we driven to this destination rather than flown, we would have left early so as to be better rested before returning to work tomorrow. We appreciate all that has been accomplished to reopen after Hurricane Ian. Service staff were very kind and professional. Housekeeping and attention to details to provide a relaxing vacation venue have some work left to go.

It is a very beautiful resort and the views are astounding. The staff are amazing. Kind and professional, especially the porters at the front door! The hotel has been beautified but the elevators are very old. Not sure they can be replaced unless they spend 10's of millions and why? A great place!

This place was really nice. We have usually stayed out on Sanibel but as they continue to rebuild we thought we’d try this as an option. The rooms were very clean, the view over the bay was amazing during sunset. We even were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming right I from out window. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool was very nice beciase it was heated really well. The days were warm but the evenings cooled off making the heated pool even better. The breakfast buffet was very good. An adequate amount of options and there was a chef that would cook you and omelette if you wanted. The only small issue we had was getting a couple extra blankets. It took them 2 days, a couple phone calls to the desk and then a final stop at the desk. But once we had them we were good to go. Still a 5/5 from us!
