The receptionist was very nice. I checked into my room and there was a strong sulfur, sewer odor in the room. They brought up spray and said there was nothing else that they can do for it. I asked him if there was a restaurant and they were cleaning the grease traps because I've not. I've owned the restaurant in the past and know how strong that order can be. They said they're on the renovations and there are no other rooms available. Unfortunately there was no manager on site either at this time. They told me since I booked through Orbitz or ******* that they could not give me a refund and I would have to take it up with orbits or *******. I will be speaking to them manager this morning and provide an update to the website. As of now, paid $170 to sleep in a hotel room that smells like a sore. There were no other vacancies at any hotels last evening in the local area. I'm one not to complain, but this was ridiculous. I hope to get a refund from either the Hilton or Orbitz. Thank you
