Honestly the room itself wasn't bad. It was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. The room itself smelled like an old fishtank overrun with algea, or musty pond water. We were woken up around 7am to the room next doors door being beat on by the police,and then as we were leaving after checking out there was more police presence going to another room. There were some questionable people loitering around the property as we were checking in as well. The vibe wasn't too family friendly, and I won't be back but it also wasn't the worst room.

The dude wouldn't let me check in at the kiosk and the over charged me and would t let me check in on the webcam / screen the dude on the screen with the head set and that makes the keys I was told by the lady last night it was 20 dollar early check in fee when. We booked again today and no deposit cause we're were gonna stay 2 or 3 nights after . That man charged 80 total and then 30 extra for early check in and 50 deposit when. He wasent . And didn't he told me to book it on my phone he wasn't gonna do the kiosk to check in oh hell no I'm wanting to get refunded half my.money back for a lazy employee

My wife and I went for a weekend and they experience was terrible, they did not clean any day of our stay even we ask many times to please clean our room, the answer was they did not have enough employees. We did not recommended this place!

Room was clean. Pool was clean. Check in was fairly quick and painless. Tv has cable and it’s a smart tv so plenty of entertainment if you’re not at the beach.

Checked in late in the evening. Had to pay a $50 deposit. But the person at the check in counter made me pay it via a video kiosk. Super inconvenient and just plain weird. The check in person was not nice. Once I finally found my room (room numbering was ridiculous) everything was covered in a layer of moisture and and area of the floor was pretty much standing water. The A/C was off so the temp was over 82. I had to go get another room, and the person at check in was gone so had to use the video kiosk again. Dumb

While the location is convenient, we were not impressed with this property. Upon arrival, we had to check in with a kiosk. The person on the kiosk disconnected and the entire process was long, even though we had small children in the car and we’d been driving all day. I would have preferred an actual person checking me in. The room had a funny smell and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. We would not stay here again.

This hotel was a solid four stars for what it was. Clean, the A/C worked. The bed was SUPER firm though. Pool looked decent although I didn’t swim in it. Stayed here with my small son and husband. I don’t recommend the Thai place unless you want a bar-like atmosphere. General noise such as cars revving their engines, sirens, etc. A lot to see and eat nearby. Would stay again if the price was right.

Was quite no problems at all will stay again next time we come to fort Walton

When you book a room, you want at least some comfort. The bed, linens, towels, air conditioning ALL NEEDS UPDATED! Spilled some water on floor and wiped up and the floor was extremely dirty. I will never stay here again.
