ホテルは見た目も雰囲気も非常に古びて老朽化しており、深刻な改修が必要です。 1980年代の標準的なサービスに対して、2025年の料金を請求しています。 明らかにバスツアーや大人数のグループを対象としており、自分たちの場所や周囲の環境を理解しようとはしていません。 部屋とスパのシャワーのお湯の出に深刻な問題がありました。 受付で多くの宿泊客が部屋にお湯が出ないことについて不満を言っているのを耳にしました。 朝食は非常に残念でした。コンチネンタルブレックファーストのメニューは、冷製ミートとスライスチーズ各1種類とパンのみでした。 フォートウィリアムには職人が手がけるパン屋があるので、言い訳はできません。 朝食中は80年代の映画をテーマにした音楽が大音量で鳴り響き、ダイニングルームはとても広く、実質的に2つに1つのテーブルの上にスピーカーがあります。 音量を下げるように頼むと、「音量を上げるように言われただけです」というありきたりの返事が返ってきました。 全く信じられません。大人数のグループが集まっていたため、テーブルがすぐに片付けられず、清掃もされていなかったため、食事をする前に自分でテーブルを片付けてセッティングしなければならず、そのテーブルに座るように指示されました。高水準を誇るホテルにしては、ウェイターの訓練も適切な指示も明らかに受けていません。ホテル内での食事は全く勧められませんでした。 建物の外観は老朽化が見られるだけでなく、非常に汚れています。到着して最初に目にするメインの看板の「B」の文字が欠けています。 良い点：部屋は清潔でしたが、ほとんどの部屋からの景色は特に良いものではありませんでした。プール、スチームルーム、ジャグジーの温度は最高でした。ラウンジバーは最高の雰囲気で、高地のホテルのような感じでした。 このホテルをおすすめしますか？絶対におすすめしません！ また泊まりますか？絶対におすすめしません！

温水プール、スチームルーム、サウナを楽しみました。街からは少し離れていますが、タクシーは簡単に見つかります。

Great hotel. Our room was large and very up to date. Parking was right near the front door. Perfect. Our meals at the pub restaurant were very good. (as well as the beer)

Very expensive for an old hotel that's falling apart. During our stay the hotel had no hot water. There was no air conditioning or fan in the room which got very hot and uncomfortable at night. The location is 30 minute walk from the town, but there is a good restaurant on premises. The swimming pool is nice and a good size. Ben Nevis is a 10 minute drive away. Would not recommend for this price unless nowhere else is available.

I absolutely recommend. The place is great, food is great, and rooms kept clean and tidy.

Everything was good and just what you need

Too bad the hotel has no elevator, you have to carry your luggage up to the the room on upper floor

Very good location to city center and other attractions. Good service, also the swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and was warm.

If you want the full fawlty towers experience then this is the hotel for you. A bit of a calamity throughout the whole stay… from a half cut receptionist to the bad food, this was not a good experience. I would call this hotel nothing more than a ‘truck stop’ and I felt sorry for the bus loads of tourist that were checked in and expecting to experience a Scottish hotel… what they got was a poor experience, much like mine. How do I know, I heard them complain

La stanza matrimoniale aveva due letti uniti ma uno era senza un piede perché rotto  quindi era più basso rispetto all’altro.  Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la stanza considerando il prezzo pagato per due notti ( circa 450 euro) ma non c’erano disponibilità, il giorno dopo hanno riparato il letto.  Sia la sera tardi sia la mattina presto si sentiva il rumore delle docce del piano superiore quindi impossibile dormire o non essere svegliati.

有游泳池健身設施和餐廳，停車場足夠大還免費，感覺這在英國近一個月的自駕時很難得，服務熱心細緻，入住的體驗不錯。

相當落伍的房間設施，包括沒電梯、房間冷但被子很薄（衣櫃的舊毛毯很噁心 感覺十年沒洗過），衞生間沒下水，淋浴難用，房間是鑰匙開門，樓裏沒電梯，真的住的難受的不行。
