部屋が広く清潔でアメニティーもしっかりあるので快適に過ごせます。 ホテルの外にある池が散歩にちょうど良く、お店もあるので食事、買い物に困りません。

休暇後の旅行には本当にお手頃な料金です。ホテルは西桥山の麓に位置し、水辺にも近いです。フロントの女性スタッフはチェックインとチェックアウトをとてもスムーズにしてくれました。地下駐車場は無料で、午後1時半までチェックアウトできます。朝食後に湖畔を散歩してから、部屋に戻って荷物をまとめることもできます。

設備：ハンプトンレベルですが、客室にはティーバッグ、コーヒーバッグ、ティーカップはありません。照明の調整は非常に良く、使いやすいです。トイレとシャワールームはドライエリアとウェットエリアに分かれていますが、基本的には透明で、家族であってもプライバシーが必要なため、部分的にすりガラスで覆う必要があります。外気温との差が大きいため、客室は暖房されていません。 衛生状態：良好。 環境：美しい山々と澄んだ水に恵まれた亭隠湖。ホテル内外の環境は一流です。 サービス：良好。 食事：ビュッフェ式朝食は種類が豊富で美味しく、隣接する麒麟レストランのランチも美味しいです。

湖の眺めが素晴らしく、部屋も新しく清潔でアメニティも充実しています。朝食も素晴らしく、種類も豊富で（主に中華料理）、強くお勧めします。

Good location clean hotel good for families. Just breakfast was a zoo that totally has no table and people crowded with kids running around. We decided to skip it.

Exceptional hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was comfortable with thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast offered great variety. The concierge gave us fantastic local tips. A truly memorable and seamless experience. Five stars!

The view is great. Breakfast is above average. My room is clean.

The view ia the beat hands down and great breakfast buffet.  We were checked in almost an hour later waiting even thought we arrived at 2 pm however they gave us a complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious and gorgeous just tiny details missing like soap for hands, and be careful with shower as it makes floor get wet. Other than that all great

We booked and paid for lake view. They give us a partial lake view facing the road and roof top. I guess we book in late (5:30pm). So they trying their luck to locate us to a cheaper road view room, hoping we can accept and they can get away with it. After continues talking, they than return our room. The experience is bad. When we arrive, our taxi cannot enter the carpark. Our taxi told them we are their guests and we have many luggages. The carpark attendant claim Hampton rented this property only. He does not work for Hilton. There are other tenants sharing the property. Eventually we have to move our Luggage up the car park slope. Upon arrival at the entrance, we told the Hilton staffs. Apparently they can’t do must n nvr bother to apologise. Worst, trying to swop our lake view room to a cheaper roadside view room. Understand they got overbooking.

New and clean good hygiene the lake view and mountain view r good but morning the singing from the uncle & auntie r pretty loud when u open the window in balcony

Location very nice and quite. All is perfect besides breakfast, little low choice for not chinese people.

Hotel was near Xiqiao Mountain. Our family and I were surprised to check in to smoking rooms. But the hotel staffs were fast to change our rooms to a higher level that were non-smoking and had a better view of the mountain and lake. We settled our lunch at the cantonese restaurant which is conveniently located at 2nd level. Activities were aplenty such as Guang Zhou Qian Gu Qing and cable car up the Xiqiao Mountain to see the majectic guan yin.

Second time to stay there. Recommended. Buffet breakfast is Petty good. Would stay again in the future.
