「The location is perfect to visit the market, it has a delicious restaurant on 4th floor. They don’t speak English but they help you with everything with the translator, the bed is really comfortable」

「The hotel is very conveniently located in the Shunde district close to the foot over bridge. The room was comfortable with an excellent view of the Louvre Furniture Mall. Nicely lit and airy room with all amenities. The hotel has a nice laundry and gym on the 2nd floor which was very convenient after our travels. Overall a good experience with good breakfast options.」

「Location is good, rooms clean and spacious. View is good and walking distance to metro and surrounded by shoppings, McDonald, Starbucks. The lobby is at 34th floor a bit small. breakfast spread is good.」

「On 19 April, prior to check-out, I visited the front desk and explained that I was considering extending my stay for two more nights (19 to 21 April). I also mentioned that although I had originally planned to travel Guangzhou, I would prefer to remain in Foshan if I could stay in the same two rooms, including the upgraded room with the separate living space, as I had many items of luggage and did not want to relocate unnecessarily. The front desk staff I spoke with said he would seek the manager’s approval. After a few minutes, he returned and confirmed that the rooms were available and that approval had been granted. He instructed me to go ahead with making the same room bookings online. I immediately followed his instructions, completed the bookings, and provided him with the new booking references for two nights for two rooms on the spot, which he confirmed without issue. The full process, including the collection of a security deposit from my credit card, took around 15 minutes and was handled efficiently. I was truly grateful for his support at that time. Unfortunately, the situation took a distressing turn on 20 April. That afternoon, while I was en route to Guangzhou by car, I received a call from the same front desk staff, whose tone was abrupt and extremely rude. Without offering any reasonable explanation, he demanded that I cancel my confirmed bookings, which he had previously accepted in person. I explained to him several times that I was driving from Foshan to Guangzhou at the time, that all my luggage remained in the hotel, and that it was not possible for me to take any immediate action. I even asked whether I could pay an additional fee if there was an issue with the upgraded room, but he remained confrontational and dismissive throughout the call. His aggressive and unreasonable behaviour was shocking and unacceptable. The phone conversation lasted nearly ten minutes and became increasingly agitating. I emphasised that I was on the road and that his manner was causing serious disruption. The call left me extremely distressed and disoriented — and shortly after, my car was involved in a minor traffic accident. While I take responsibility for my own actions, I must also express how inappropriate and harmful the staff member’s handling of the matter was, especially considering that this all stemmed from a booking that had already been confirmed the previous day.」

「Spacious room, big toilet, mini kitchen area and washing machines provided outside. Very convenient to head to the mall and station as they are just downstairs. Very walkable to nearby attractions. I would stay here again.」

「Great location near Dongping metro station from which you can take the metro directly to Foshan's Chancheng and Nanhai districts, as well as to Guangzhou. There are plenty of food and drink options around the hotel, including Starbucks and McDonald's. I have stayed at this hotel twice; on both occasions staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good views of the city lights at night time. Foshan in general is a safe city for solo travellers, and this area is no different.」

「Location: One of the best in Foshan. Steps from attractions, shopping, entertainment, subway and food. Service: Very helpful and polite counter staff. Cleanliness: Clean and smoke free. Room: Neat, good size and everything you need is available. Value: Good price. Worth it. Recommended. Facilities: Washing machines only. Cons: In a mixed development building without a drive way. Easy to miss it on arrival. As it's a mixed building, the lifts is shared with delivery workers, office workers, renovation contracters, etc. Can be a bother if you are concerned with security.」
