近距離バスターミナルから徒歩5分程度のロケーション。屋内外のプールも付いており、リーズナブルな料金設定で満足できる滞在でした。

最悪です、この部屋は予約しないでください。プラグが壊れていて、部屋がカビ臭いです。

Room is spacious and location convenient, but poor utilities.

Location is good, but hotel itself is very busy and once we stayed there, pool was under repair and could not use it.

Boa localização. Hotel tem uma piscina com tobo agua incrível. Família adorou. café da manhã muito bom. Conta com garagem. O serviço poderia ser melhor e os elevadores são insuficientes. Adoramos.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights. We found the hotel staff to be very unwelcoming, unfriendly and often rude. As an example when leaving, we went to breakfast and upon returning to our room, found that our electronic key did not work. We had to wait ages for the lift (again) and when we spoke to the receptionist, he made no apology and almost brushed us aside. We booked a suite with city views which is second only to the one Presidential suite. Upon arrival the room is very large and looked great. We then inspected it further and found the following: The right sink in the bathroom did not drain The left sinks cold tap did not work The shampoo holder in the shower was actually falling off the wall The only way to fill the bath was to stand in it as the taps were on the opposite side of the wall There was no mini bar as advertised, just an empty twenty year old fridge There was no cable TV as advertised The only TV was in the bedroom, not in the lounge area When it rained there were two massive leaks in the ceiling There was a damp patch on the ceiling of the bathroom No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. To be fair to the hotel it does not state that tea/coffee is available, but we have stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout the world, and all of them, regardless of status, offer such a facility. The lifts are tiny and slow. At busy times expect a very long wait! The hotel, we are sure, was once state of the art, but it now is in a desperate state of repair and needs fully updating. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
