スタイリッシュでトレンディなホテルですが、部屋は狭く、シャワーはかなり扱いにくかったです。 1階に素敵なレストラン。 スリッパとミニバーはありません。しかし、一般的にいいです。

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Mega Inneneinrichtung und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut! Man hat in unmittelbarer Nähe Restaurants, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr empfehlenswert !

Super stylisches und sauberes Hotel. Nette Atmosphäre und man kann dort in jeder Etage einen Aufenthaltsraum finden, der nur dazu einlädt, den Abend mit seinen Freunden zu verbringen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Ich würde wieder kommen.

ホテルのデザインは素晴らしく、部屋はきれいです。その一部、残りはがっかりしました。 シャワーは非常に使いづらく、ノブを回すのはほとんど不可能でした。ひっくり返すと、沸騰したお湯が注がれ始めました。火傷を避けるためにタオルを使用し、最終的にシャワーを止めることができました。 朝食はばかげていた。私はビーガンフードのみを提供するという考えを尊重しますが、そうであれば、それは良いものでなければなりません.残念ながら、そうではなく、それを提供する女性は失礼でした。セルフサービスのコーヒーは文字通り味のないお湯で、本物のコーヒーを頼んだときはお金を払わなければなりませんでした（ただし、朝食は17ユーロです!!）。私の同僚は砂糖を求めましたが、砂糖はありませんでした。言うまでもなく、翌朝には戻りませんでした（すでに支払い済みでしたが）。

Staff was not around when there were 5 guests including me waiting for check in at 8PM. They only left a sign asking guests to call a local phone number if they require assistance. Why does the hotel expect guests to pay mobile roaming charges to request staff just to get checked in? Luckily one of the guests called and was able to get someone help us after 30 minutes of standing. For the room, chairs and sofa were dirty and had stains over them. Otherwise, room is bigger and better than the Moxy Frankfurt East Hotel right beside it. I believe they are updating the hotel at the moment as construction works started around 9PM and woke me up. If I was going to check out late and rest a bit more I would be very annoyed. Breakfast is definitely not worth paying for. There is only random pastries, some vegetables, cereal and filtered coffee in a pot? No hot plates? Come on...

Nice clean room. However towels felt super used and old. No water in the room. No basics like body lotion or even an iron. No telephone either. The restaurant at dinner time was closed for a week private event. Unfortunately no takeaway options at the hotel were available either. Shame as it would’ve been great to have an option to take food upto the room/room service

Very modern hotel not far from the banks of the Main and the city centre. The rooms are furnished in an alternative style which gives the whole thing its charm. Unfortunately, the bathroom is part of the actual room. Only the toilet is in a private cubicle. Certainly suitable for couples but not for friends and family if you want privacy.

I've never left an awful review before - but I think this is the only way to get the attention of the hotel management. We stayed in August, it's a lovely looking place - but when we returned at night our room was flooded with a substantial leak from the air conditioning system. We were told that the management was "aware" of the issue. It was bad. And I'm not high maintenance, but the floor was absolutely soaked. We were told that all the other rooms that didn't leak were already booked. Someone then came to move us to another room - noting that it had the same problem with leaking a/c from the ceiling - but that "at least the floor wasn't wet". Well, the new room soon became that wet! This was about 11:00pm and we were tired and jet lagged, and just wanted to sleep! But the water leaking from the ceiling onto the concrete floor (and then onto the towels we put on the floor) was so loud we couldn't sleep. At all. All night long. At 3:30am I went down to the front desk, and was told that I should contact management to get a refund for the night. We are owed a night's sleep!! The next day, we were comped coffee and a croissant (great, thanks) - but we still need to be refunded for that one awful awful night. This is terrible service! Don't rent out a room that you know is substandard!!! We are not asking for a refund for the first night we stayed - when there was no leak, just for the second night. We received an email saying we can stay an extra night at the hotel for free in the future. No thank you. This is NOT customer service, it is greed. I have emailed back to say that is not acceptable and have heard NOTHING. Also - in the crush to move everything from one room to another on a different floor, I left expensive sunglasses and medication in the first room (we were tired and cranky!). I've asked for them to be returned and said I will pay for their posting - but again have heard nothing. Again - this is not customer service from a place that prides itself on being cool. Awful awful service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
