私はあるタイプの部屋を借りましたが、別の部屋を与えられました。正面は非常に騒がしく、熱が多かったので、この場所での滞在は本当に楽しくありませんでした。しかも初日にエレベーターが故障して、残りの日は避難はしごを上り下りすることになり、荷物を持って降りるのが犠牲になりました…。

Very bad experience with reaching late night (@12.15) at the hotel. No one in reception, waited about an hour as searching near by hotels or to get any arrangements. Trip.com agent also couldn’t get through hotel people, and advised to go another nearby hotel. If you don’t have a German sim or no roaming, then either you have to stay at their reception corridor or find another hotel. I suggest to remove this property from your site.

フランクフルトのダウンタウン、川沿いにあり、レーマーベルクと旧市街まで徒歩 15 分のトリップ インにある、大人 4 名用の「デュプレックス」ルームがとても気に入りました。小さな平方フィートは、ロフト付きの 2 番目のベッドルーム (テレビ付き) と、川を見下ろす素晴らしい小さなバルコニーによって補われています。夏だったので部屋が暑くなり、部屋の温度を制御する方法が見つかりませんでしたが、部屋に2台のファンがありました（1台は動作していませんでした）。小さなフロント デスク エリアにスタッフが常駐している時間帯に到着するようにしてください。そうでない場合は、部屋の鍵の受け取り方法について事前に手配する必要があります。道路の騒音がかなりあり、窓を開けておく必要がありました。特に警察と救急車のサイレンでした。目の前に自転車専用レーンがあり、角を曲がるとバイカーが競ってやってくるため、タクシー/Uber またはレンタカーで降車するのは困難です。このホテルはサービスが限定されているため、朝食、コンシェルジュ サービス、24 時間のセキュリティを期待しないでください。しかし、価格、場所、部屋の状態を考えると、それだけの価値は十分にあります。

宿泊施設の外観は良好ですが、家具や壁に小さな損傷があります。バスルームはとても快適で、良いシャワーでした。部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。レセプションの女の子は親切でフレンドリーでした。全体的にとても楽しい経験でした。またこの街に行くなら、またここに泊まります！

Staff was very helpful and place was nice clean and conveniently located near Christmas marketing with parking. Would stay again.

Fantastic. Everything was great, small apartments, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds....

Place was nice, clean, had a beautiful view and was to a walking distance from popular places in Frankfurt

This 2 level room was as pictured, clean and comfortable beds. You just push a button outside to get in and they were there to do that and a person was there to check us out. There was no AC but the window opened to the street and there were no bugs. However, this is not the properties fault but it was a busy night with lots of city noises with police, people yelling about, etc so it is a noisy area with the window open. But close to everything, right off the river Main, spacious, clean and comfortable and a good value for the price.

Our money is still not refunded and they don’t respond to our emails! There were old pizza from the other tenders in the fridge and everything was so dirty. There were bugs falling from the upper window down on the sofa bed! Just absolutely horrible!
