少し古い4つ星ホテル。部屋と朝食は私にとっては良いです。地下鉄の駅まで10分。かなり良い場所です。

ホテルには地下駐車場があり、近隣の駐車場よりも格安です。

房間在歐洲算大了，周圍很安靜，出門不遠就有一個超市，主要前台的服務很好，早餐也不錯，喜歡。去地鐵也很方便，去展館地鐵不用

出現不了不可抗力，需要退一天費用他們堅決不同意，另外酒店空調都是壞的，床的質量很差

離羅馬廣場較近，地方比較安靜，住了一晚，繼續趕路，早餐品種一般。

We arrived on the 8th of May and it was really hot. The AC didn't work and we asked about it. We got following answer from the guy in the reception: Who the hell needs AC. He even laughed at us. We replied that we needed AC and it is in the description of the hotel. Well if you don't like it you can go to another hotel, he replied. We found it very rude. The cleaning of the room was poor. Towels that we needed to change, we put on the floor, when we came back in the evening, they have just removed them, not given us new ones. Drinking glasses was not cleaned during the whole stay and pillow was lying on the floor. We are very disappointed about the cleaning. The hotel is supposed to have 4 stars, but it is more like 3 star hotel or less. We will not stay there again, because if you say you are 4 stars, you expect 4 star. Cleaning is a key factor and also how the staff treats you. We visit Frankfurt 3 times a year, and are depending on a location close to Bornheim, but now I rather walk longer distance for a better hotel. So Hotel Alexander am Zoo, step up your game and address your issues.

Very relaxing hotel, with friendly staff, great location. I had a balcony with a lovely outlook. Very green and quiet location. Definitely be going back 👌. Wide breakfast selection too. Very comfortable beds. Thanks
