Aside form the shower faucet leaking the entire time the room and hotel were quiet. Decent value, decent-ish breakfast.

Very nice staff room was clean and very reasonably priced. Plenty of room for parking and felt very safe.

The property was very nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and for $65 a night you really can't beat it. The room was smaller, which we expected given the name of the hotel and the price, but they utilize the space very well and it feels nice and roomy. Our only complaint was that the walls were very thin and we could here our next door neighbors tv and their conversation pretty easily. It made us not want to talk too loud in case they could hear us easily too. The continental breakfast was excellent, and included a waffle maker, silver dollar pancake maker and plenty of fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cereal and more. We will definitely make this our spot when we visit Franklin for our non-camping trips in the winter. You really can't beat it for the price!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice, clean and comfy. Staff we're very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Worst hotel. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles. Shower didn’t drain. Only 2 towels in the room when we had 4 people. Fan on ac didn’t work Definitely needs some TLC. Staff check in wasn’t very friendly. Was telling her about the traffic how terrible it was on 75 didn’t even care it was like I was talking to the wall.

No microwave or mini fridge in room. Room is very small. Pillows are not comfortable, they should be replaced very lumpy. Rooms are adjoining so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, really great if you have anxiety. Place is great if you're passing through not if you're staying multiple nights.

Its nicely located by easy to get to amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed!

First off, It is a 21 hotel not 18 like the website says. Second of all, the keys stopped working every single day. We had to get our keys reactivated every time we left the hotel room. The hotel room themselves were super small. The pictures make the hotel room look a lot bigger then they are. There is no room between the bed and walls and anywhere to walk. There is also a charge for extra towels or extra anything during your stay. Overall, the hotel was very overpriced for the conditions it had. There were extra charges for everything, it was very tiny, there was no space, the keys stopped working everyday, and it was a very tiny hotel. I would not stay here again for the price. It is not worth it at all.

Nettie at the check in counter is incredible. Professional, vey nice and caring. She is the reason I will be back every time.
