We liked the room, decor, property condition, location and price. We didn't read the confirmation notice close enough to learn that we needed to download the Goki app before we could receive our room code. We gave up after a while trying to figure out the TV. A notice read that the hotel provided and Hulu and Disney Channels; when we selected these we found we needed to set up accounts and pay. The provided breakfast was disappointing. Only one half-gallon of milk was in the refrigerator and that was gone fairly early. I only got to the kitchen in time to get milk and juice one out of three mornings. Staff should be on hand to restock supplies.

Room was comfortable and clean. There was quite a bit of slippery icy areas around the doors and walkways. My door was difficult to shut tight and had no interior lock for safety. Otherwise, a clean, nice spot!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay this past week at Tupper Lake. Beds and linens were comfy, towels luxurious and room was toasty warm. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

There was no heat in the room. The room was 60 degrees all night. We had to sleep in our clothes. This hotel is self check in and very confusing. There wasn’t anyone a the hotel to assist with check in or to call about the heat.

This was our first time staying at Trailhead and we would definitely like to come back! I love how they have renovated an old motel and made it modern and a very nice place to stay. The only issue that I had was in getting the code to our room as I did not receive it in an email or text. I called the number of the hotel and got sent to a voicemail box that was full. I was starting to get worried as it was around 9 p.m., about 5 degrees F outside, and I had two young kids in the car. Fortunately, someone responded immediately to my texts and I got the room number and code. That was the only hiccup.

Definitely needs a good sanding going down to the back parking lot. Our car was sliding. Also, the back entrance to the lobby was a sheet of ice. Other than that the room was very comfortable and clean.

We had a fantastic stay at the Trailhead! It was very clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for our family of five. We especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and TV that was larger than most hotel rooms. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to stay there again.

It’s super easy to check in/out. The booking was simple and quick. The property looks really fun and modern and they give you some free tv subs (like hulu and such) on the smart tv in the rooms. The area is pretty. Nature, trees, squirrels etc. which I enjoyed a lot! There’s a little bleed through, noise wise, from rooms near by, but it’s no worse than any other motel so I didn’t see it as a negative. I enjoyed the vibe and the other guests there were super kind and friendly! Will definitely stay again!

Lovely spot! It seems nearly renovated, cute and cozy. The bed was super comfy and there was a ton of space to chill and get some work done as I was traveling for business. It's super close to town and such a lovely spot in the Adirondacks. Everything was easy - clear communication, getting into the hotel room with a code without having to check in, and the lobby is really nice too. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
