ホテル フローラ(Hotel Flora)

It's a fancy, well smelling exterior - but that's all. Rooms are not at all close to pictures and are noisy from old fans. Not to mention there are wires with sketcky electrical installations hanging over the room and bed. It says the hotel has wifi but it's in theory. I reality the wifi is terrible and not working. In annex the reach is one small dot and disconnecting all the time. Free parking as promised. No possibilites for café or other refreshments. Breakfast 24 euro extra for two perons. I would not recommend this to anyone and will choose another hotel next time.

Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. There's some great restaurants and bars very closeby. Transport into Rome is easy and cheap, the train station is less than 5 minutes walk away and it costs 2 euros each way. Trains run early morning till about 10/11pm weekdays both ways. Weekends last train back is 9pm saturday, 8pm sunday.

Nice from the outside, in need of renovations inside. The bed was uncomfortable, the marble in the bathroom stained and in bad conditions. There were still leftovers from the previous guest in the shower (shower gel etc) and a never ending drop from the shower head. Also a white powder, probably used for cleaning still all over the place. The staff were generally unhelpful and haughty, which doesn’t help you feel welcomed. Definitely not recommended.

Beautiful building, clean rooms, friendly staff.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it was an amazing find. The location is top and the hotel has an old world feel. Very family friendly and the staff are ever so helpful and professional.

This property was amazing.

While this property was beautiful and historic and very conveniently situated, and offered a wonderful breakfast, its wifi did not work in our room for the entire 4 day stay. The first day there was no hot water to shower until the next morning. In both instances, staff denied there was a problem and wifi never got repaired. One staff said they had to reboot the whole building, another said not true because it worked. Ridiculous. Unfortunately the wifi is a deal breaker as we must have access for work. So if you don't care about wifi or hot water, you should be delighted with this hotel.

Nice stay (twice actually within a week). Rooms are OK, comfortable and kind if spacious. Staff are nice and friendly. Parking was a little tricky. A/C was OK, did not watch TV as all channels were Italian. WiFi was just OK, could have been much better. Beds were OK, nothing special, a little hard even. Breakfast was lovely and very attentive staff. We would stay here again.
