The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really was delicious. The hotal was close to the supermarket, You can take the train to Rome from thhe hotel. Frascati has a very beautiful view. The hotel is near restaurants and walking distance to the train station.

All the staff was very nice and helpful. We had a lovely room with nice view and enjoyed dining at the restaurant every evening where the food and the service was excellent. We sincerely hope to come again to experience the nice atmosphere at Villa Mercede.

Do Not Stay at this hotel! Went for a friends wedding and stay at this place. Staff were very rude and robbed you at any chance they could. Tried to charge us 25 euro for a pool bed . Kids weren’t allowed to play in and around pool. No music allowed. Charged you 3 euro to bring a drink to you per drink. Charged us 35 euro for 2 drinks and just changed the prices of drink all of the time. Complain about the air-con 3 times and still was 28 degrees in our room and i couldn’t sleep in it. TV didn’t work. Breakfast was basic and not much choice at all. Whatever you do. Do not book this hotel

I was there for two nights for a scientific meeting at the Frascati National Laboratories (LNF) of the Italian National Institute of Nuclear Physics. The hotel is comfortable, the personnel is friendly, the hotel is located 15 minute walk from both downtown Frascati and LNF, and the hotel provides a free shuttle service to LNF.

Loved our stay! The staff was excellent and most helpful. We enjoyed the food and wine at the restaurant. The coffee shop was a fabulous place to hang out. I liked staying outside of the city and travelling into Rome for activities.

The breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very nice. The location was good for being outside of Rome. There is a coffee shop next door with gelato that was nice too. The breakfast included many items and was very good.

Excellent restaurant, nice clean room, very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Wait staff at restaurant were very attentive and friendly. Beautiful night views of Rome while dining.

Problems with combining two bookings, a booking that had been made via a different booking website back in August, we arrived to the hotel to be told there was no such booking and it had been cancelled, despite me having a printed booking confirmation and the money being taken as payment. Then had to rush around finding somewhere else to stay as the hotel was “full”. Disappointing especially after being a returning customer.

A surprise as we only booked as everything in Rome was crazy expensive and it worked out for the better. Some great towns to explore nearby and a couple of great restaurants within an easy walk.
