部屋のベッドはひどく汚れていて、スリッパもありませんでした。数日にわたって何度も頼んだにもかかわらず、送ってくれると約束してくれたものの、結局届きませんでした。何よりも、ホテルを出ようとした際に、入り口の警備員に無理やり留まらされ、賄賂を要求されました。彼らは嘘の話をでっち上げて、私たちが出られないようにしようとしました。幸いにも、私たちのフライトは夜だったので、ホテルと交渉する時間がありました。そうでなければ、フライトに乗り遅れていたでしょう。総じて、完全な惨事でした。

このレストラン、ラドッシオンはまあまあ。設備もサービスもまあまあ。クリスマスが近いせいか、毎晩屋外でパーティーが開かれていて、ものすごい騒々しさで、明け方まで終わらない。本当に頭が痛い。

全体的に、サービスは満足のいくものでした。シエラレオネとしては非常にプロフェッショナルだと思いました。

My stay at the Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko Hotel was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of an international brand. The main concern was hygiene and cleanliness. I had to change rooms multiple times due to the presence of cockroaches, which did not appear to be an isolated issue. On one occasion, I woke up to find a dead cockroach in the bed. In addition, even after cleaning, there were still visible signs of dirt on the floors, raising concerns about housekeeping standards. Although I was upgraded during my stay, there was no meaningful difference in the quality or condition of the room, which was unexpected. The pricing of food and room service also felt high relative to the quality provided. The location is convenient, but overall, the experience fell short. For a hotel operating under an international brand, basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance should be ensured.

Great location and sea food platter dish I had was so good. The pool side is a perfect place for relaxation where I had this cider and liked it since then but beware of the mosquitoes 🦟 at the bar area.

I spent the weekend at the Hotel and checked out 5 hours. When I arrived at my destination I noticed I had forgotten 2000 new leones under my mattress. I called the Hotel and was informed by the Reception staff that the housekeeping staff had cleaned the room and found nothing. I was staying at room 127 and I believe the housekeeping staff found my money. I believe whichever staff was assigned to clean the room should be investigated. Intact, I had to call the receptionist 3 times before they could answer my calls as they kept dropping the calls. They are aware and I would take action if the Hotel fails to take action. I have been staying at this Hotel for about 5 years and believe the staff are putting the Reputation of Radisson Blu at stake.
