located in the marina. Great access in walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Hotel is clean and hotel staff friendly and helpful. No parking at the hotel for free - pay outside which is very limited. Some free parking ( if you are lucky) in nearby roads Please note that men in France are not allowed in the swimming pool in swimming shorts they have to be tight swimming trunks! My husband was refused entry to the hotel pool by the hotel pool guard because he was wearing swimming shorts. Apparently its a rule in France that in communal pool areas you need for hygiene reasons (?) tight swimming trunks. Whilst the hotel were apologetic the pool isn't their pool but it belongs to the property company who manage the pool with an officious pool guard!

Due to the peak season and overbookings, we were denied to have access to the 3 rooms that were prepaid. No sister property was available either, according to the night manager, and we had to drive another 1,5h to reach some guaranteed beds to sleep in

Good location and friendly staff offset by lack of organisation and haphazard service. Room spacious and nice balcony but no daily room service. Pool lacks any shade. Excellent beach and port access. General state of hotel was disappointing and better management and upkeep would have been welcome.

******* stole my money. I booked an experience (a boat trip to the red island) in Saint Raphael that they know is out of business and haven’t given a refund. With this hotel, ******* promised a lot and the hotel is so so. For almost $200 a night it was a motel quality. Disappointed.

Well located, next to Port-Frejus. The room was comfortable, with a kettle available, unfortunately there was no complimentary tea and coffee offered. There was no hand soap in the bathroom next to the sink, we had to use the body wash which was within the shower, and that was not convenient. The pool was good but there were no umbrellas which made it a bit more difficult to enjoy. We did not try the breakfast because it was way too expensive.

very good location and staff, only the room cleaning wasn't good.

2eme séjour dans cet hôtel spa sur la marina de Port Frejus … accueil souriant, staff attentionnés, chambre spacieuse avec vue mer… spa et soins de qualité ( il faut tester le soin anti âge de Virginie, un pur bonheur ), carte du restaurant attractive ..j’y reviendrais dès que possible

Camera privilege vista porto molto bella ma bagno piccolo! Doccia bloccata in una sola posizione molto scomoda. Lavandino minuscolo. Tavolo e sedie da esterno molto comode ma sporche!!! Letto grande e comodo. Macchinetta caffe e bollitore molto apprezzati.

Personnel aux petits soins (merci à Karim notamment, le réceptionniste de nuit qui s'est montré particulièrement professionnel et agréable), cadre enchanteur (face au port de Fréjus), hôtel haut de gamme avec chambre Privilège avec balcon donnant sur le port, petit déjeuner pantagruélique servi en chambre à l'heure souhaitée, bar très agréable, départ tardif et parking souterrain pour 24h ...tout a été parfait! L'accès aux thermes était complet mais nous reviendrons pour en profiter. Bravo!
