Not clean Internet was not working far away from everywhere customer service was whatever

Older facility across street from Fresno Airport offers good nights rest. Rooms are nice and refurbished up to date and are clean. Building could use some updating and clean up to be competitive however, painting exterior was undergoing while I was there. Staff is friendly, especially girls who handle check-in, always smiling and laughing while they take of your needs. Inside by the pool, the foliage is so dense you feel like you’re staying at Disneyland. No elevator is available so pack lightly. No restaurants are nearby although property has one on-site it’s operating schedule is sometimes sketchy. For being next to airport, it is refreshingly quiet most of the time, but summer brings large crowds, hot weather, and increased noise levels near indoor pool. Overall, a good value in the budget category. Plenty of parking available.

Hotel is in good shape and clean. Staff were fine. Noise from other rooms was a problem. Seems like walls are made of paper. Had a hard time falling alseep at 10pm because of loud talking nearby. Then woken up at 3:00 am with more loud talking. Called front desk and it stopped. The included breakfast was good and staff was helpful in navigating allergies.

Not the best experience, it was just a lot of little things that piled up. We chose this hotel bc of their indoor pool, unfortunately upon arrival we learned the heaters were broken. My kids were disappointed. We then learned there weren’t any elevators which made managing the stroller a bad idea. In the room, our towels were damp, the body wash container wasn’t filled. WiFi didn’t work, we called the front and they gave us the staff WiFi pw which was nice. Just not the best.

Old Holiday Inn across street from FAT. Efficient, quiet, clean w very comfortable bed. This is not a fancy hotel but one that serves its purpose and bonus is a reasonable hot breakfast buffet. Thank you to the staff and management

Hotel is nice but doesn’t have an elevator, which makes it difficult when traveling with large luggage and with a stroller

Great place to stay and it’s conveniently next to the airport within walking distance

Pillows were bad , hot tub not able to use . The pool areas AC was up so high you would freeze even trying to get into the pool . Complimentary Breakfast was no good . Nothing walking distance to eat or drink . Restaurant was never open . Couldn’t get Netflix or anything to work on TV due to router issues .

The indoor pool is extremely cold. It is not heated at all. The hot tub is blocked off with yellow tape. Therefore for these two reasons, the main photo for the hotel was very misleading. The first floor smelled like pot and when I spoke to the front desk she shrugged as if it’s a regular occurrence she could do nothing about. As I was traveling with my young son, I booked here specifically to enjoy the indoor pool, so with it being completely unusable, it was extremely disappointing and I canceled and booked another hotel for our return trip. Don’t go if you’re hoping to use the pool or hot tub ad pictured.
