Unhelpful front desk staff, broken air-conditioner that blasted heat non-stop. Noisy rooms. Only positive was the breakfast was good.

Location was excellent for what we needed and the rates were not too pricey, but our room was dirty and worn and smelled. We also did not have hot water the morning we left. They did provide a breakfast and had good coffee. They do not clean the rooms every day. Bedding was not sufficient. The door into the place from the parking lot was not real secure and we witnessed a family drive up and just get breakfast and leave. I will try someplace different next time I have to stay in Fresno.

The room key card sucks. I’ve sent multiple complaints. I travel for work and has consistently stayed at Country Inn and Suites at Thesta. I have to ask front desk to give me a new key card every single day as mine deactivates consistently. One does not even open any doors. This is almost every day I checked in at this hotel. Imagine the key cards I’ve returned because it doesn’t work. It can fill several boxes of deck cards in just 3 days.

Our only complaint is that we are traveling with a kid who loves a pool and hot tub. All our searches for hotels included these amenities. However, upon arrival we discovered the ton tub was out of service. We easily could’ve picked a place a hot tub if we knew

I loved the amenities, breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the 12:00 check out time. Coffee was great! I loved that it was always there!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was much better than I've found to be typical. The location was nice and good access to a lot, and we felt comfortable with the surroundings. The building seemed under-maintained with obvious examples of deferred or low-quality maintenance and repairs. The room-to-room noise transmission was higher than we find customary with hotels trying to compete in this price range. This hotel as well as a few previous ones share the trend of having very thin bed coverings, which I find quite cheap and insufficient for keeping us warm when sleeping, requiring us to turn up heat at night; however, we prefer to sleep in a cool room with a good warm comforter. Fortunately, this hotel did have a thin additional blanket in the room, which provided minimal additional comfort.

the property was clean and felt safe. The water pressure was terrible. it took me 20 min to wash the shampoo out of my hair. They were not able to accommodate us due to being booked.

The check-in went smooth and the staff seemed very accommodating. The room was clean, had plenty of towels, a microwave and refrigerator which was convenient. I would definitely stay here again. I loved that it was so close to stores and restaurants.
