Just not Good No friendly behaviour No clean No breakfast good

This is an excellent hotel, with good facilities, lovely central courtyard, plenty of free parking, and very friendly staff. With Chatham and the Dockyard nearby, the location is excellent. Not certain which category to put this hotel in! It's not luxury but better than budget. The rooms are a little dated and the TVs need upgrading. The shower, again, a little dated. We booked a room for three as our adult son has learning disabilities. He was delighted to find he had a separate bedroom with his own, small TV. The rooms were clean, the hotel tidy, and a very good breakfast was included in the price. Overall, good value for money.

Amazing stay, clean, friendly, great food

The room I had was ok better than the last time I stayed, only downside I like a window in the bathroom but it didn't have one, room was spacious 2 visible sockets and 2 behind the bedside cabinet and a spacious bathroom. My room was near outside seating area possibly noisy in the warmer weather but not a problem for me it was quite after 9pm

Stayed with my partner and my dad, overall the stay was great, rooms and hotel are dated however the experience was still fab. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are superb. We will def stay again but I do think with a bit of investment in the whole hotel you will have a little goldmine!

Whilts dated it is a extremly nice place to stay it is full of character not found in many chain type hotels. The staff were wonderfull and helpfull and were proud of the hotel and area. The food was very good on all four night we stayed. Definatly would stay again.

Car park felt a little unsafe at first but the welcome from staff was fantastic. We were given an upgraded room which had plenty of space.

Property is a good budget choice for 1 or 2 nights. I did find lighting in the reception and the rooms was on the darker side. This seems due to the choice of using spotlights mounted into the ceiling tiles. Overall cleanliness was good with only some dust in the stairwell. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Stayed here for one night and arrived early, but the lovely lady on reception checked my room was ready and let me check in. Clean, comfy bed, good shower, and a nice bar where they had the football on. Breakfast in the morning was really good too. Will definitely choose this hotel over the 'chain' hotels I've tried in the area next time!
