The hotel was nice enough, but certainly not 5 star, which some sites said it was. The pool was very nice, but a little crowded. It is all inclusive, which can be nice, and overall the food was not bad, but the speciality restaurants have a pre fix menu with only one choice, which was disappointing as I'm used to seeing at least two or three choices . The Japanese Tepanyaki restaurant was supposed to include that type of hibachi entertainment, but did not. In regard to the rooms, they were also decent, and most have some type of water view. We were disappointed that there seemed to be a small water leak when we entered the room, which they fixed right away. We also had to call to have the TV fixed as all the wires were unplugged and to get new working light bulbs for the balcony. Again, overall it is a nice hotel..just little things that were less than what we were expecting for this price point. We met two other families..one from London and one from the Netherlands that felt the same way.
