The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and located in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants nearby. Distance to the center of Funchal is 20 minutes on foot along the seafront which is very reasonable and a nice walk. Breakfast is great ! But the best about this hotel is the staff, they are very obliging, helpful and always have a kind work for their guests. The only minor issue is the absence of car park. I recommed this hotel, it is good value for money and we had a very pleasant stay there.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights. The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and bars, and the harbour was just a two munite walk away. A 20 to 30 minute walk would take you to the centre of town, old town, and cable car station. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and had a modern feel. Every member of staff was pleasant, engaging and could not do enough to ensure our stay was trouble free and pleasureable. Breakfast was largely continental, but with some hot options - usually eggs with a vegetable choice and a meat choice, such as sausage or bacon. We felt that the hot choices were sometimes slow to be replenished. In summary, the hotel was well placed, clean, with excellent staff and represented very good value for me. We would stay here again.

Cet hôtel ne brille pas par la sympathie qu’il inspire… cependant, la chambre est bien, literie ok, balcon sympa, localisation bonne. Mais petit dej très décevant au niveau du choix et de la qualité des produits. Il y a même une affichette qui dit que si vous emportez un aliment à l’extérieur, il vous sera facturé. Et d’ailleurs le personnel vous montre clairement l’affiche d’un ton menaçant, au cas où vous ne l’auriez pas vue… pas de spa, parking pour 2 voitures uniquement. Mais surtout… une seule dame vous sourit. Pas de « star » pour cet accueil, c’est une certitude ! Les étoiles brillent mais quand seulement on quitte cet hôtel.

Petit hôtel propre et convivial avec 18 chambres. Chambre impeccable et salle de bain parfaite. Balcon convenable avec vue de côté sur la mer et ensoleillé côté ouest. Petit déjeuner très correcte. Proche de multiples restaurants et a 1km du centre. Très bon accueil. Attention ils ne disposent que de 3 places de parking privatif.

Super Hotel, notre chambre était top avec un balcon et une super qualité de la literie , plateau café the et bouilloire à disposition pour le premier réveil Emplacement génial, on a ete à pied partout , Le personnel très serviable , on a réservé via l'hôtel une exclusion pour visiter l Est de l'île , Le buffet petit déjeuner est varié, en salé il n’y a rien à dire , manque juste peut etre des pâtisseries en sucré mais vous pouvez déguster les pasteis de nata dehors avec un café en terrasse

Foi a primeira vez na Madeira e não podíamos ter pedido melhor hotel para ficar. Funcionários excecionais e sempre prestáveis. Pequeno almoço bastante variado. Limpeza sem qualquer tipo de falha. Espaço exterior com piscina e esplanada. Adorei e sem dúvida quando voltar à Madeira ficarei neste hotel.
