The hotel is very old and in need of renovation. There's construction going on right across the street, so it's constantly noisy, and when you're lying by the pool, you can't help but watch the construction workers. The shower is very tired, with old mold stains. And the lack of outlets near the bed is downright cringeworthy.

Absolutely unacceptable! We had to change rooms three times in one week due to a massive ant infestation. Staff admitted the building section shouldn’t have been occupied at all. No real compensation, just a voucher for another stay – after this experience? Never again. Totally disappointing.

Very clean, polite staff. no complaints.

Friendly helpful staff made our stay relaxed & enjoyable. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner in their O'Classico restaurant.

Accommodation was perfect and onmain bus route near to Funchal and Lido.  Staff friendly and helpful.

the location was great with a car, so we could travel the island. the hotel was more than we expected. the service was perfect. the room is big, excelent view, great souna and pool. very recommanded

馬德拉羣島畢竟是熱門旅遊地，所以住宿普遍不便宜。這家勝在了位置好，在豐沙爾的酒店區，對面就是一家大型Shopping Mall，裏面還有一家很大的超市。酒店有自己的免費停車場、游泳池、網球場。 房間衹能説中規中矩，設施比較陳舊，海景算是彌補了不足之處吧。 可能是因為熱門旅遊地，前台姑娘們的笑怎麼看怎麼覺得有點假。房間雖然有廚房但是沒有任何調料。 倒是有一位晚班的長髮女士人很好，給我推薦餐廳的時候非常耐心，一個個給我寫出來附近的餐廳名稱。 The Madeira Islands are indeed a popular tourist destination, so accommodation is generally not cheap. The hotel has its own free parking lot, swimming pool, and tennis court. The rooms are just average, with relatively outdated facilities. The sea view does somewhat make up for the shortcomings. Perhaps because it is a popular tourist destination, the smiling faces of the receptionists always seemed a bit fake. The rooms have a kitchen but no spices. However, there was one long-haired lady working the night shift who was very nice. When recommending restaurants to me, she was very patient and wrote down the names of nearby restaurants for me one by one.
