長白山樂高美温泉リゾートホテル

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

The accommodation looks a bit old, but it's clean and the rooms are spacious. The hotel has hot spring both outside and inside. Variety of breakfast, good taste, good service staff Very helpful especially Mr. Tenners who can speak English and provide assistance throughout our stay

酒店在長白山西景區 前台接待非常熱情 酒店設施齊全 還有室內外温泉 大年三十那天 餐廳和温泉都照常營業 非常貼心👍 還要誇的是每天的早餐 非常豐富 中西結合 廚師長每天也會出現在餐廳 煮麪的阿姨還會幫忙熱湯 服務到位 第一次來長白山 攻略也沒做好 但是前台小哥耐心的解答給我們留下了深刻的印象 🌹下次來西景區還會選擇樂高美 也希望我們能有幸看到天池

非常完美的家庭親子出行，因為孩子超過了1米3，酒店給免費升級了家庭房。住宿期間温泉都是免費的，我們買的是旅遊套票，包含滑雪票流，前台小姐姐都給安排的非常圓滿，基本都是有求必應。不光是前台，經理，還是酒店的服務員、餐廳工作人員、温泉工作人員，都非常客氣，給樂高美酒店點贊，下次還會和朋友一起過去

整體感覺還不錯，在周邊酒店比較裏還算性價比很高的酒店了，離長白山機場比較近，但到北坡旅遊集散中心打車需要一個半小時，但到西坡旅遊集散中心很近

酒店位置較好，位於西景區集散中心停車廠出口處，步行至集散中心800米約10多分鐘，開車2分鐘。 酒店外觀很宏偉，內部設施較為陳舊，裝修也很復古，走廊不咋開燈昏暗的很。 房間很大，但是衞生很差，到處都是浮灰，洗手枱水漬擦的乾淨，房間內拐角都是陳年老灰，前台服務態度不好，外賣需要自己取。 用品舊舊的，浴巾是破的，温泉池沒開幾個。 如果對衞生要求不嚴格，可以考慮入住
