Hotel room was clean with great shower. Breakfast was average. WiFi was very poor.

The Service was Beautiful from cleaners to the Restaurant Service all was real Great  Gaborone Hilton Garten keep it up you are the best  Shout out to Stacy my Lady you are the best

Good place and very clean with friendly staff. The food is nice and set up is always perfect with friendly chefs. I’ll definitely go back to that hotel.

We were met late at night at the airport by a lovely gentleman called Mpho, he was very attentive from start to finish. Check in was smooth with Tebogo and relatively fast. In the morning breakfast was great, great mix of western and local foods were on display. Staff were very friendly and approachable throughout our stay. The only slight improvement I would recommend would be having a shower mat as the showers were rather slippery as well as a shower curtain or doors.

The customer service from the airport to hotel was outstanding. I really like the female driver from Hilton. Her demeanor was great her English was better and we got to hotel around 10:45 pm. The room and hospitality was great. I will come back in December

В отеле всё идеально, даже нашлась прачечная самообслуживания. Повар в ресторане готовил очень вкусно. Я бы здесь еще раз остановилась

設施在博茨當地來説是足夠的，但是對照其他地區的希爾頓確實相差較大。感覺房間較小，室內情況差不多是國內新裝修的漢庭水平，沒有全季和亞朵好。

非常滿意，對面有中餐館。過馬路就是很方便。價格稍微貴一點，建議用信用卡付款，老闆還是比較好。有一次沒帶信用卡就讓老闆娘收付款寶。換算匯率非常高很不划算。

房間還不錯，服務有點不太好，酒店有洗衣房烘乾機，對面有中餐館，可以換錢

酒店位於核心商務區，地理位置優越，前台辦理入住迅速，此次還享受了延期退房的服務，滿意

房間空調感應報警器一直響，很糟糕

I am a Hilton Honour member. I booked an accessible through Agoda by mistake and I wish to change to a regular room away from the lift lobby and the agent insisted that I need to pay extra for a change. I came a long way from Hong Kong to visit Gaborone and I am upset on such arrangement.

From the time I landed and I wed I had to short my holiday not a good experience from staff to the hotel guide they I found him rude in upon asking questions Sorry won’t be going there I felt I don’t belong in fact had encountered rudeness from staff there
