The lady that was working the late night shift was wonderful! Our room was cozy and comfortable. Would definitely rebook in the future.

We just needed a one night stay to not drive all the way back to waco and i think this was pretty good. Not luxurious if thats what you are looking for. But Just comfortable enough and nice enough :)

The room was clean, the water pressure was weak, but all of our 5 showers were hot... our room was across from the elevator and ice machine, so all night drunks would return to the rooms loudly and get the ice machine was not quite at all. Our 2nd problem when we went to swim in the pool our 2nd day and someone had defecated (pooped) in the pool, we reported it to the front desk they advised they would take care of it. On our way to lunch and they still had not cleaned the pool or put up a notice it was out of service. We had checked again leaving for dinner pool not cleaned or notice hung. When we returned from dinner nothing had been done to the pool, now we know why no one was ever seen by us in the pool area, so we decided to check out early and go home.. We will never stay at this Holiday Inn again, I am confused how the website advised it had an 8 out of 10 rating?

Pricing and advertising was very poor. I don’t think some of the photos were even of this bldg. I can ignore some things. Like, it looked very much like the building was in some sort of flood. I paid a lot of money for a suite with an extra living area and what we got was a regular suite with. Couch. That’s it. I’ve seen far better accommodations for less money. Truly, disappointed. I don’t know if I will ever stay at another holiday inn or it’s family like holiday inn express. My son did say the bed was very comfortable. Unknowingly the refrigerator was off. I put left over food and it was too warm and wet to be kept the next day. Overall….. horrible stay 😣

The hotel was very nice when I booked the room it was supposed to be for a king size when we got to the hotel. All they had was queen so I had to take the queen size bed was not happy about that. They said it was your fault.

Expensive with average quality. Language barrier. Breakfast was average. Asked for the cheese Danish but the kitchen staff didn't know what i meant. I showed her a picture and she looked in the freezer. Then she comes out with a tray of them. They were cold and half frozen. Room was dirty. Couch sleeper was dirty and mattress stained. This is a very big chain of hotels. I think management should offer English language course Free. For all non English employees. They should know how to communicate with customers

We got in late and basically just slept there, ate breakfast and bolted, but I wasn't impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was very gross. There were holes in the ceiling. The pull-out cough mattress looked like it had blood stains. The room was spacious and the beds were actually not too terrible. Breakfast was good. I can't say I would stay at this one again though.

Room seemed clean, carpet was not swept well, food from previous occupants was left next to the bed.
