Everyone was very nice even when my room flooded the switched me rooms as soon as possible highly recommend to family and friends we will be back next summer

My family and I use this Hotel very often. Perfect position on the beach, beautiful view from balcony that still feels private, beds are comfortable. If you dont plan on staying in the room much, this place is perfect! Only down fall for this trip was the prepping for summer season. Many many rooms were being worked on on our floor so it was constantly loud and had construction workers in and out all day. Water was shut off for hours on day 2 so we werent able to shower or bathe the baby for a bit after being outside for hours. And the pressure washing going on outside the building was LOUD! BUT- my kid loved the workers and they were so friendly and apologetic. Worth the few mishaps that popped up! (Also for anyone with doggies or kiddos who like to run around! There is a side part under the parking that is PERFECT for a quick kiddo run around or a puppy play time. BUT THERE ARE RATTLE SNAKES ALONG THE FENCE!!!! SO BE CAUTIOUS)

Location was great rt accross from beach and rental chairs available. Parking limited, pool small, made overcrowded and no monitoring of rowdy behavior or food or drinks, but pool was clean. Corridors are filthy, carpet nasty, needs alot of attention and ckea jng and paint. Rooms had wood floors, was clean. In pretty good shape, large room, large bath, no bugs, linens clorox clean and smell good. Breakfast big, nice, limited seating, was packed. Room was quiet after 10pm all night. Staff helpful, but not happy, no smiles. Overall was just ok. If room was bad, would be awful. But it was OK. Will not go back, only chose because was only one available that weekend across from seawall which I prefer. If you aren't picky its ok for price.

Where do I even begin with this one?!? Actual holes in the walls, cracks in the ceilings, dirt and water pooling in the hallways. Paint chipping everywhere. From the moment you walk in you feel dirty because nothing is maintained. Everything is either broken or rigged to partially work. Absolutely disgusting and horrible place to stay or vacation. The breakfast area has baby roaches crawling in the food. My son found that one.

The fridge didn’t work and when I called maintenance they said that they just left for the day. But I ended up using my ice chest. Other than that, all was very good.

No ac in the entire hotel other than the rooms. Building was being painted and everything smelled like paint on the 2nd floor, thankfully they gave me no problems moving rooms. The View of the ocean wasn't very good. Rooms were OKish clean there was some ***** in the shower. 2.5/5.

Cool place for cheap cruise parking

We enjoyed our stay; we were very appreciative of early check in being available. The amenities and breakfast were great. Room size and location was great. The one issue we had were stained sheets upon arrival & on our last night of 2 night stay; there was a cockroach or a bug resembling one crawling out of and back into our bathroom sink once discovered.

The front desk staff was short and curt. couldn't be bothered to supply customer service of any kind. I ended up not trying and using google. The 'renovation", "updates" were certainly NOT done by a professional, and I doubt licensed contractor. Paint the tile edge instead of doing a proper cutting in job. Gaps between the new flooring is filled with chalk and chipping. The balcony had been enclosed to make the room size larger, OK, what about adding electrical so that there could be lighting? Very poor quality of work, so sad, this could be a nice hotel as the location is killer, directly across the street from the Gulf.
