The location of this property is convenient if you're visiting any of the offices in this area. The check in and check out were smoothly processed by an efficient Front Office team. Thank you Ashna, Ansh, Jaydeep and Anand. I appreciate your helpfulness. The room was tiny. There's no space to even keep an open suitcase so one needs to use the closet to keep your open suitcase. It's extremely cramped but manageable. The biggest disappointment and possibly health hazard was the quality of the food. For the amount the hotel charges for their food - both IRD and breakfast, one expects a decent, if not high level of quality. This was not the case. The food during my entire stay - both breakfast and IRD was sub par and really not tasteless. The F&B team, with very few exceptions, didn't seem to pay attention to detail. Simple things like eggs at the live counter for breakfast were messed up. Some one decided to have a entire team meeting of all the F&B staff in the middle of a very crowded breakfast rush. This meant there was no wait staff on the floor except for 2 interns who seemed quite lost and that's not their fault. Terrible management of resources and quality of food. The guest experience is definitely not at the forefront. The only folks who managed to do a good job during breakfast service, in my opinion, were Joy, Laxmi, Arun and Madhab. I did convey my feedback to the F&B manager but I didn't see any change in quality in the breakfast on the following morning. Perhaps it's a work in progress.
