Stay was nice and comfortable with excellent location. They have their inhouse resturant which cooks some yummy food. Chef is awsome and well behaved. Stuff behavoiur and support was excellent spcially Rohit Sharma. Only downside is they do not have lift fecility available on premices.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The *location is excellent*, just a short walk from *MG Marg*, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The *staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming*, which made the experience even better. Especially, Mr Roman Tamang's hospitality is commendable. The entire property was *very neat and well-maintained*, and the *room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished*—perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

I travelled to Sikkim in May and stayed at the property for 4 nights. I was travelling with my family and the location of the property is what we chose it for. The property is in the heart of Gangtok. And I would definitely recommend this property for anyone travelling to Gangtok for many reasons. Some of them are 1. Location of property - Centre of the city. Main local market, M.G. Marg and the local Lal Bazaar is just few steps away. 2. Lots of food options around for everyone, at a walking distance. 3. Hassle free booking - I booked with them directly and it was smooth process. 4. Very Helpful Staff - I would specially mention Mr. Roman Tamnag, manager at the property. He guided us not just through the booking process but made efforts to make our whole Sikkim trip comfortable and informed, with the travel guidance and arrangements for us to visit different cities in Sikkim. I will surely return to this property for the professional and courteous staff that they have. Thank you, Roman ji for all your efforts.

The room and hospitality u provide to your customers were very good. It is pertinent to mention that the food was awesome as your hotel provided breakfast. Excellent rooms. Exotic food and panoramic view of the great Kangchendzonga. Located at a central point between lal market and M G marg.
