Great Stay at this lovely hotel. Very warm, friendly, and professional staff. Rooms are cozy and equipped with room heaters. Prompt room service. The food is amazing-especially the breakfast and dinner buffet menu curated by head chef Bijay. The hotel is situated at a prime location (a short distance from M.G Road)

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. The only thing is, ask for a room not on the ground floor, since the kitchen and restaurant are located above it, sounds will be heard. Breakfast is a buffet, always very varied and tasty. The staff is very polite. I especially want to thank ***isha. She is the receptionist. She helped us a lot with hotel accommodations and helped us find a driver at a good price who took us to the monastery. Overall, she is just a diamond.

Nice place with good food, friendly staff and clean/hygienic rooms. Good view of the Kanchenjunga and the Himalayan peaks on a clear day , made our stay memorable . Walking distance to MG Marg was a plus , sufficient parking available . Value for money .

It's very good and wonderful place we are really enjoyed all time, specially bed room are very nice with a good outside view and also all services are very good. There is lot of options in Lunch and dinner . Good ambience and friendly environment.specially breakfast buffet is also so nice, clean and healthy foods served by them. Special thanks to Su*** for providing good rate assure a pleasant stay at the property.

We were at this hotel for 3 days in February 2024 and our experience was a very satisfying one! Right from the point we entered the hotel to the day we left, we were looked after by the entrie team with great support and care. The staff is extraordinary supporting and caring. Sajan, ***isha and Ganashree at the reception, Jennifer and Beepana at our service in the restaurant and Santosh for room service. Chef Bejay served us with very tasty food and gave us personal attention which was commendable. 👍 I suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok. Thank you team Cilantro Unwind Delisso Abode!!
