The stay was very comfortable. All staffs here are very cooperative and good. Restaurant's breakfast is also good though rooftop cafe could be better. The views from cafe is very pleasing.nice place to stay. Room was also good. Main at market

The hotel was cozy, hygiene and the food was delicious. Staff was good at serving. From room to the whole hotel everything was pleasing. The service was great. I really appreciate the hardwork of the hotel staff, I personally recommend this hotel if you want to have a great time.

The stay was awesome the good, the rooms, the environment, The place.. Everything was amazing.. Me and my family enjoyed a lot at Zip by spree hotel.. We will come back again and the rooftop had an amazing view. Mr Amit was very welcoming.. The staff were very kind and humble. ✌👍

Stay, food especially dinner buffet , rooms , responsive staff everything is good about ZIP. Best place in Gangtok. Only thing is to reach this hotel you need to take stairs down the alley as there is no direct road convenience but rest all was top notch!

The hotel is new, four months since they reopened. So the facilities are new and clean. The staff is humble and polite. They ensured our stay was as nice as possible. The food is decent. The Elevate is a good resteraunt. Our stay was comfortable. Great stay!

Zip by spree is in Gangtok city, Tibet road. Newly opened. Clean hotel. It has a Great rooftop for parties. It has Excellent service and food served, both veg and nonveg. The rooftop cafe has Wonderful ambience. It has cozy rooms at budget price.

Being a local,I found this place(Zip by Spree)via looking at the videos/reels on Instagram..It is a newly built property..I went there with my friends..The food was amazing and the view from the rooftop cafe was wonderful 😍.The entire place was clean. We requested the receptionist staff if they could show us their hotel rooms (as we were planning to come again and plan my friend's birthday event on the rooftop and stay the night over there) and the staff was so courteous and kind enough to show us the rooms.The rooms were spacious beautiful and totally clean..They even gave us a tour of their restaurant..The staffs are very kind,humble and sweet..They go extra miles to make their guest special. We will visit this place soon..

It was an amazing experience. Very nice and cooperative staff and very well behaved. Room service is also really good. Manger is polite and solves all your queries. Hotel is near MG road, so it’s very convenient. Shopping stores and restaurants are all on walking distance. Overall it was comfortable stay in this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we liked the stay though we had few minor issues that were sorted out later. We opted for family room that has 1 single bed and 1 double bed. They have restaurant in the ground floor and bar in the top floor. Some good books to read in the library kind of setup near the reception. I am giving an additional star for the reception staff and restaurant staff (Chanchal and Reema) Pros: 1. New property and hence the rooms are clean. 2. Walkable distance to MG Marg ( 5 to 10 minutes) 3. They listen to whatever complaints we raised and corrected it as soon as possible 4. In case of rains, they provide umbrellas but are limited Cons: 1. Highlight of this hotel was roof top but was under maintenance when we visited. Not able to enjoy our food here. 2. No parking facility available and hence there will be a queue right behind your car incase if u r arriving to the hotel in peak hours 3. Entrance to the hotel from main road is funny. Google maps will locate it correctly and we have to get down through the steps to reach the real entrance 4. We are not able to take bath and plan our outing at the right time as the water was not available. When we enquired they had some maintenance which took around 1h 30m to sort out 5. Their menu card say to wait for 40 minutes after placing an order which is a long wait. We have ordered only one dish and it took 1 hr 15 m to deliver an order to the room. 6. We went for late lunch (by 3.30 pm) and they said Indian food are not available. Only Chinese food is available. Even the Indian food items under All day menu (from morning to night) is not available. 7. The steward (later came to know he is an intern) asked for tips for delivering food to the room.
