Excellent service ❤️ good experience with them I loved service of them ,there have lots of patients to handle customers .room was neat,good service ,nothing was to much trouble ,we had a great time in our room , comfortable,quiet , peaceful

Breakfast must be server whole at the saif time. And good quality must be improved. The food is salteles. Room provided was good facilities. I like the politeness of the staff and service provided by them as needed. Overall good experience we had.

Very good and efficient service specially with reception staff Nirmala. ……. Response time for every need was so quick that make things easier. Would have been much better if the hotel was serving non vegetarian food. Any way it was ok. God bless her. …….

Fantastic service Sapna,Srijana,Numa,Bhumika all and suk*** staff is well done services is very nice..they are very good and sweet..if I visit there again I want to see them..thank you hotel royal orchid and spa..it's was a good experience

We visit to the hotel royal orchid and spa and its was the excellent experience with my family and friend to there.. And the food was very delicious and tasty and the staff was very good and their names srijana, sapna, numa, bhumika and suk***.. They are very good..

A very pleasant and nice stay we had here. The view from room no 301 is the main attraction which I loved. Nice staff very cordial. At reception the nature and support from Nirmala was great and she is definitely doing great job with smile always. Overall the stay here will remain for a long time will definitely try to visiit again in future. Advice to all readers of this post do go without any doubt to this property.

Food service and people are excellent.. Rood cleanliness are ver good .. What ever we asked we got very nirmala and sandesh sukh*** are provided very good service.. I refer to every this hotel.. Only the food is not spicy and not much salt added otherwise every thing is good

We had Very good experience during the stay. Clean room , drinking water & good food. Very Kuch helpful & cooperative stuffs.I Forgot some things in the hotel room they returned responsibly 100 km away .................................

Staying here is a nice experience. Behaviour of the Staffs are good. M.G.Marg is only 1.6 km from this hotel. Food quantity is also good. They are having total 17 view rooms. If you have any issue Ms. Nirmala Rai of Front office is ready to help you out.
