A faded grand dame of a hotel, the wear and tear shows.. The room was terribly hot with no way to really cool it. A ceiling fan is not temperature control.

We could not control our individual room temperature. Our room was hot at night then cold in the morning. The rooms are very noisy. We could hear EVERYTHING that went on in the rooms and hallway near us. Not the cleanest bathroom since we had mold on the tile around the tub. And they also play the resort card so you pay almost as much for fees and parking as you do the room. Just not a good experience.

Limited parking nearby , over priced valet, and over priced self parking in hotels garage. Property is also under renovation and will be for a while.

My husband and I always stay here when we visit Hot Springs. The convenience of dining, shopping, bath houses are just minutes walking distance...

The hotel is old but undergoing an extensive renovation currently so I give grace on some of the appearance. Food was delicious for the most part but we were disappointed that ALL the fillet fish was overcooked on the seafood buffet. We also attended breakfast and Sunday brunch buffet and were pleased with both. There was a live band in the lobby Fri and Sat pm which was really nice. The bath and massage were outstanding and all of our attendants were very hospitable. There is a water spigot next to the reception desk that dispenses the mineral water. Drink the water! It was amazing. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing the updates.

From start to finish: Parking attendants were helpful, there is a $30.00 per night charge to park at the hotel, there are other options, but we opted to keep our vehicle nearby. Check in at about 7:00 in the evening and the check in clerk was not friendly at all, she was not helpful and was annoyed when I would ask questions for clarification. The hotel is historic, so we expected some historic pieces in the hotel which was charming to us but there are things that should be updated, in our opinion. The wifi does not work on the 9th floor and we were given an opportunity to move to another floor, but we had unpacked, and I was there by myself as my husband had business to attend to. The best part for me was the bathe and massage. The staff were friendly and helpful and wanted make sure you were having a good time. So all in all--take the good with the bad. I would stay there again just to be close to the spa area.

the information about the place the entertainment the staff.. Did not like the noise (work in progress and was not told), not enough chairs and a table to work and eat from. The shower was small.

Really cool historical hotel in a great location in Hot Springs! Lobby has live music on weekends and a full bar with some food options. Always out spot to stay in HS

Lady who checked me in was super rude. Never looked me in the eye. Only looked at my wife, and if ignored me, and insulted me.
