I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I was pleasantly surprised from reserving to checking out. This was the best deal through the sites website PLUS I earn points toward membership benefits! I also didn’t know there was a pool or hot tub and got to enjoy both! I was allowed to check in early and check out late thanks to the graciousness of the staff! Breakfast was very filling which made the whole trip a very affordable and enjoyable solo trip! We usually book Hilton but will be making a change moving forward!

I will forever recommend this hotel! The staff were the picture of hospitality- warm and welcoming, and provided stellar service. The rooms are well appointed and organized efficiently with a clever use of a half wall to separate the zones for sleeping and work. The shower has outstanding pressure and heat, and the soaps in the stall are delightful. The in-room coffee actually tasted good, and the machine is easy to use. The bed is the ideal firmness, with wonderfully soft sheets and pillows.

Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was great! There were cold and hot options. The room was large, but had some sort of odor in it. One minute walk to Culwell center (right across the street). A lot of food options right around hotel and across the highway. We appreciate early check in as our flight came in very early.

The staff was great. Everyone from the saleswoman to the front desk staff gave love and hospitality. Rooms was nice and big. They respectful and understanding considering it was a wedding event. Our check in out was very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Staff removed to-go coffee cups. When I asked for a to-go cup I was told that they are not longer available. However, the day prior and all the other times I stayed at this location they were available. Not very business travel friendly.

Very nice, friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Clean. More than what I expected. Breakfast was the best with a variety.

Very nice, clean affordable hotel. Reservations worked with us on a excellent group rate for the ETX Nightmares softball team. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Close to everything. Big rooms etc. Super nice comfortable beds

Easy access. The staff was great. check in and out very easy. The rooms were clean and spacious. Enjoyed the hotel.

Terrible place to stay on your vacation booked 3 nights 5 weeks in advanced for a double queen recieved a king with my wife and 3 children we could sleep for one night I complained to the front desk they could do anything but gave me an option to cancel but will be charged for one night so I did and went straight to marriot which is great will never stay there ever again

The bed sheets were filthy, I was given the key to someone else's room when I checked in. Then in the middle of the week, the desk clerk refused to let me purchase a soda or eat the "free breakfast" because they couldn't find me in their system. I asked to speak to the manager and he made it very clear that he could care less. I'll never stay at this place again.

I was put on the sixth floor and it was so hot that I requested a lower room which they were able to accommodate after some people had checked out. I was told that my rate was higher for the sixth floor so when they moved me to a lower floor I expected the cost to be lower and it was the exact same. Dev was very rude. The remotes in the room did not work.

My room was booked for work using CLC. I am not to be charged personally for these visits as my company covers the bills. A credit card is put on file to be charged by CLC. I was still asked to provide a personal card for “incidentals” which shouldn’t be asked for in this situation either. I ended up being charged on my personal card for the visit. Front desk has no idea what they are doing. I travel the US and have never had a problem with any other hotel. Now I’m stuck trying to resolve this issue. Will never stay here again. There’s a reason I go to Hilton hotels.

The room did not have a working phone or toilet. We had to change rooms. The breakfast was ok. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

My weekend stay at the Hyatt Place was tranquil and relaxing. No hassle to get in and out of the hotel. The towels were very plush and bed was comfortable. Thank you for making my stay a safe and enjoyable one.
