Not too familiar with the area so when I drove up I immediately asked for a refund. The desk person was rude. I told her that I was not going to stay because the area was unsafe. She said that I had to contact ******* for a refund. She was getting loud with me when I explained that there were people sitting outside the rooms doing *****. And waking into the office just to get here was unsafe. She said she couldn't do anything about it. All this time she stood behind a locked door with a small window from the inside of the lobby.

I felt better in my car than in these rooms. My room , the heater didnt work at all, i paid to be inside and not freeze out but it was basically the same...Beds and towels are always stained , dirty looking. Shower curtain is nasty, old throw up on the side walls in bathroom, mold in cracks in the shower and people hanging alot all over outside. Fronts desk workers always rude Never again. Waste of time and mondyv.

I would not recommend this place at all the front desk people were extremely rude they were yelling and screaming we didn’t even make it into the room they kept on saying that I do t have a reservation when I have the confirmation number infront of me

The people there very rude they hard and scrimmaging you cannot understand them because they’re foreigners and I don’t know American English. It was just not a pleasant day at all.

There is nowhere to hang clothes and no hangers. There is only one trash can. No drinking glasses or coffee. The bedsheets were not clean and there was no hair dryer.

Didn’t have basic stuff like remote to TV. Water pressure in sink was low. Don’t get me started on the bed linens with cigarette holes in it, but stressing to ME not to smoke in the room and I don’t even smoke.

First of all have to wait 30 min to check in since they havent gotten payment yet it’s ridiculous

Constantly was bothered by beggers as soon as i walked out of the room

Besides having a hard time checking in the deposit requirements or different for each travel app that you go through. It doesn't matter if it's there own Wyndman app. Its different and very confusing and it doesn't help that ******* doesn't notify that a deposit is required at the first sign in. But the lady behind the counter did help me out and guide me to the right place which allowed me to stay here. She was very helpful.!
