Premier Inn Newcastle (Team Valley)

I stayed here for one week on business. Carpark is shared with a gym but enough space for long wheel base vans Top floor is all prem plus Bad points: Got stuck next to a party room - the police were called and the hotel did did evict them after many complaints.....but I requested a quiet room from the off ...why put a gang of teenagers next to me?? Check in Staff seemed disinterested from the beginning my colleagues all felt the same.

I had a lovely couple of nights stay while travelling for work. My room was well appointed, quiet and comfy, and had a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I had fantastic service from Michelle at dinner. The hotel is very handy for businesses in Team Valley, and I'm sure I'll be back when I'm next in the area for work.

We stay at many Premier Inns around the country, always a good standard, but this one has something special, something exceptional... I'm talking about the delightful experience of being looked after by Richard, Leanne and the rest of the Restaurant and Reception team. This was above and beyond our expectation and consistent over the two days that we stayed there. Every single staff member we interacted with was eager to please and always with a genuine smile. Kindness really is infectious there. We'll be back soon!

Really nice stay last week with my wife and sister-in-law. We travelled up from Somerset on 8 May and spent three days in Newcastle. The hotel was comfortable and clean (fantastic shower too!) The food was great and the location is ideal for reaching all the places you want to visit. Best of all was the friendly, helpful staff. We were made very welcome! Highly recommended if you are visiting the area.

The manager Kayleigh and michael are a pleasure to have serving at the bar and check in at reception. Always accommodating when I visit and choose this premier Inn over all others in Newcastle. Rooms are very nice and good value for money. Never had a problem after my multiple stays at this hotel

Here for a short visit. The staff have been lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Especially Michelle Brown (angel of the north) place very well positioned for getting into Newcastle. Food is good, would be happy to stay again. We used the bus for going in and out of Newcastle. Bus stop less than a five minute walk. Made everything better because the weather was perfect

Kayleigh is the most delightful friendly lovely helpful member of staff at the premiere team valley bedroom is always nice

We use a lot of Premier Inns - this one is the best of the lot. It’s great that the restaurant is actually inside the hotel building rather than a separate unit. The food was very good - my wife had a full English for 3 days which is unheard of. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Most of all the staff were brilliant- especially Laura, Harleen, Bev and Leanne. Extremely helpful and with a keen sense of humour. A great stay.

David, Sarah, Clare, Michelle, Beverley annd Leanne are so hospitable - they always make us feel welcome. So warm and professional always. We look forward to coming back. They guys and girls of David Live.
