Room was clean and comfortable. Fireplace worked great.... almost too great since it got the room hot, quickly. Lobby has a big beautiful fireplace. Outside was in great shape. There was ample parking. Breakfast was convenient, but rather mediocre for the price.

When hotel is near capacity parking is tough. Bedding/linens are rough and poorly selected. A/C heat system slow to respond. Decent hotel. Great location.

This hotel is right in the heart of Gatlinburg everything is a walking distance from dinning options attractions and so many shops and activities as mini golfing. My only issue I would have is towards the 2nd night one of the elevators went out of order so we had one elevator for everyone for a few days and honestly trying to go up and down with kids and strollers took way too longer. Other than that everything was good.

This is our first experience of staying at a Hilton hotel and I have to say I was very disappointed first of all in the room there was no lotion no makeup removers none of the kind of things we see at most hotels. We expected that there would be a continental breakfast instead we had a breakfast that cost us $12 per person for a buffet where the eggs were cold the sausage was overcooked and the potatoes were something that tasted like they were left over from the day before pretty disappointing breakfast the orange juice was great I did enjoy that. The only thing hot on the breakfast buffet was a biscuits and the gravy. The waitress that waited on those was very personable and very accommodating we appreciated her. The towels in the room were very limited we were there for two nights and we only had two towels so that made that a little difficult too instead they ask you to take them down to the desk and trade him in to get new ones. I found that a little awkward since we were in a higher class hotel and paying a premium price to stay there. The parking was very accessible and handled well the lobby was nice when he came in. one of the things we look forward to doing was being in a hot tub while we were there and we never even ventured to the hot tub because first of all it was outside and it was very cold and second of all I felt like I've been on display since it's right off the lobby with everybody coming and going. My husband and I just stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary weekend & thoroughly enjoyed our cozy, clean & comfy stay! Great conveniently located hotel by local attractions & chef prepared meals. Clean & comfy bedding with cozy fireplace. Nice staff! Will stay again

The gentleman who checked us in was so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were warm and cozy and everything we needed was a walk away. I would stay here again.

There was a issue with our original room and the staff was thoroughly explained the issue and how we would be moved to another room and another room that would be similar to our original booking.

Overall stay was good, I’d say the only part that was upsetting and disappointing was when it was our first day eating breakfast the man that stood on the front asking if we have any reservations for breakfast he’s a tall bushy hair he gave us a dirty look and I personally take it offensive since we are not white, my son thought grabbing the silverware (covered in napkin) was ok to grab since it was out, I would think the same tbh since it was upfront and the guy gave a pist off face to my son so he ended up putting it back and he said well you touched it so your going to have to grab it and get it, if you don’t want your covered silverware why would you have it up front mind as well have the server hand it to the clients when they are heading to there seats than being up front. He was having an attitude the whole time especially when we chose all you can eat breakfast of course I had to get up and serve my kid rather than having him go by himself he kept eyeing on my kid and my family again it’s an all you can eat buffet I paid for so why keep eyeing us the whole time. He was suspicious already and weird.

Good location, room clean, bed ok, pillows flat. I know everyone does it but I think it is awful that there isn’t daily housekeeping services especially for the cost of rooms.
