The front desk was great. Very accommodating. Beds soft. Pillows hard. Older hotel but efficient. Pool was great. If you value sleep do not get pool side. It sounds like a little kids birthday party outside your door till about 11pm at night. One issue- found a roach in our bathroom on the last day.

The hotel was very nice just older. We had an exterior room and the light outside the window is very bright. There was a youth convention and basketball team on our walkway also so it was very loud but they quieted down at night. Just next time I’ll get a room inside instead of exterior. The staff was wonderful. The pool my daughter said was “like from a fairytale”. Everything was clean. The restaurant was good also.

The hotel was nice! Pool is great! Some areas in the room need fix up or change, especially bathroom. Internet service was bad. The restaurant in the hotel was really bad.

Good, but the outside rooms (exterior) are not good if you are using the pool, is far and you have to walk from the outside to go to the pool, in the time we were the it was too cold so is not recommended, I recommend to get an inside room if you are going in the winter and want to use the pool, specially if you are with kids

Lobby was beautiful!!! Those at front desk were very friendly and professional in their job. The room was less than expected based on website pictures. A huge trash bag was taped to the top of stand television sat on. Floor was sticky and didn’t feel as though a vacuum was used. There was a used toothbrush left in the bathroom. No conditioner but 3 bottles of lotion. Bed was comfortable but sheets were very yellowed, giving a dingy- not quite clean impression especially after things previously mentioned. As we had purchased sheets at the outlet mall, we used those. The indoor pool area was very nice and many were enjoying it. The restaurant off the lobby had great food and very attentive service. Lots of pros and cons, depending on your travel experiences. We most likely would not stay again.

My family stayed at this property. We had a great time. It was set away from the main street and busy area but a quick 10 minute walk. The property was clean and staff very helpful. The only thing that could have been better is the temperature in the pool room, it was on the colder side.

Room had a dirty toothbrush sitting on top of the shower. Stains on the ceiling tiles in the shower. Toilet ran all night. Sheets were yellow in color. Older hotel that needs updating.

Older property but the staff was great and no real complaints at all. Pool is fun for kids and location is convenient for everyone. Reasonable room rates. Would stay again.
