マイクロテル イン & スイーツ バイ ウィンダム ガットリンバーグ(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gatlinburg)

場所は多くのアトラクションに徒歩圏内で素晴らしかった。駐車料金を気にする必要はありませんでした。エレベーターを持っていたか、部屋に起きました。朝食は手に取って、より多くの選択があれば行くほうが良かったでしょう。部屋はきれいだった部屋に電子レンジがあればよかったのに。空気が働き、熱があり、シャワーの水は熱かった。ホテルはいくつかの更新を使用することができます。

Our room had messages written on the bathroom mirror that could be seen when it steamed up. There was dried puke in the corner of the bathroom and down the side of the tub. I went to front desk asked them to clean my bathroom again while i was out and about to return and it was tided up but both was still there!

Clean but no frills

The bed was smaller than we thought but the price was fair and the location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go.

3rd floor door to the stairs was kicked out per housekeeping and covered in plastic. Where cool air was in the hallway.Have photos if you want. Bathroom tub nobs were molded. Carpet was dirty. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

The room was outdated and not the cleanest, the beds were uncomfortable and the hotel itself could have been in much better shape. For the price of the room per night I expected much better room and hotel conditions.

The room itself was good .location to main road was awesome checking in was good the lady was very kind All staff were friendly enough Didn’t really go out of there way Walked in to find one sleeping on the counter,didn’t want to disturb I get is quiet this time of year best practice would be maybe a bell and a back room to doze off

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the location is perfect if you are wanting to do things in Gatlinburg. But that's the nicest thing I can say about the hotel. It's older and needs renovation. The cleanliness is not great. But if you're just looking for a place to lay your head for a night, then it will do the job.

Small rooms need to be better maintained. Paint flakes on the ceiling. Stains on the bathroom floor. Door missing at end of hall, covered with plastic.
