下次入住。

it was really nice, the room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable, the view of the river is great, the breakfast was good and the lady at the breakfast room was nice, the indoor pool was nice and hot the temperatures outside was 18 F I would stay a gain.

Trip started off rocky. I chose the option to pay at property. Hotel attempted to charge card morning of, in which funds were not available. They then canceled reservation without informing me. Rooms were luckily still available and was able to get a room. Stay was great otherwise.

Our trip was great. Our room was clean and our view was beautiful. The breakfast was hot and there was a good variety. The lady running the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff was friendly and helpful except the evening receptionist. She has a poor attitude and any questions or simply trying to check in seemed to be an inconvenience for her. The pool area was clean and warm. The sauna was out of order and there were no signs stating out of order. All and all it was a great stay. I would stay again.

The room was clean and a decent size. The balcony did not disappoint it had a beautiful view. The hotel was close to all tourist sites. The bedding was uncomfortable but bearable. Overall a good stay. I will stay again.

Hotel looks nice, but we got eaten up by bed bugs. I asked for the manager, she or he wasn't there.

We always have an amazing stay at this property! We love the beds, heated bathroom, river view, breakfast & closeness to walk to Gatlinburg. See you next year!

Rooms were great, nicely appointed. So close to the road you hear every car going by. And even though you have the creek roaring through the back, beyond on that the sight is not very pretty.

The location and property were great, the only thing it is noisy due to the location but you get over it, great spot
