One of my worst hotel stays. The air conditioning in the room did not work (temperature 30 degrees outside and stuffy). Plus, it smells musty. A dirty rag was left in the bathroom by houskeeping. The room is dirty. Please see this dirty chair with large stains (I don't want to think about what these stains are from anymore). After a long exchange of arguments about the stay with the reception and housekeepers and several requests to bring at least a fan, in the evening, while I was out of the room and had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, someone finally brought a fan that was old and made more noise than cold and wind. It is unacceptable that someone entered the room despite the "do not disturb" sign! What are the hotel standards in the Accor group? Despite so many inconveniences, no compensation was offered, and I was only instructed to submit an official complaint to the management.

Hotel near by sea with beautiful garden, nice building, refurbished rooms, great breakfast with fishes, vegetables but also a lot of cakes and intercontinental food. Great place for rest but also for business. Hotel restaurant serving good food but also great local vine. Big thank you for Karolina for wine recommendation - great choice.

Lovely hotel , very friendly staff, cosy rooms with balcony . Very Good breakfast , and the Best location we Can dream about. 3 minutes walk to the beach . I was in this hotel many times , deffinitely I will be back soon

We visited this lovely hotel in May 2022 for a week of long awaited family holiday with our 4 year old son. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left after a week, we felt at home and completely looked after. This hotel has everything you could possibly need and want for a family get away. It was our first trip abroad with our 4 year old and we weren't sure what to expect but the stay reassured us that we want to do it again and again! The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adjusted for a family. Our balcony was overlooking a lovely green area that made you forget you are in a big city! There was a pool and a kids play area, along with a lovely playground outside and plenty of green space to run around - perfect for an energetic toddler! Breakfast buffet had such a selection that I'm sure we all put on weight as we couldn't stop eating! And Winestone restaurant's food was excellent too, between my family and I we tried almost every dish on the menu! I can't not mention the absolute dream proximity to the beach, which is like 5 minutes away. Same with the lovely boardwalk to Sopot. And if you want to explore the city centre, a bus and tram stop are also only 5 mins away. Ideal! And last but not least - the staff were amazing, with the hotel director personally looking after guests (you don't see that happening much these days!). Our son is still talking about the holiday and we had the most memorable family getaway ever. Thank you Mercure Posejdon!

We are a family of six with older children (15 - 21y) who all have more than enough experience with hotels and this hotel didn't pass for any of us. I understand that the holiday period is there and that the hotel was fully booked which allows a few minor mistakes but this was definitely not up to standard. The breakfast was good quality wise but overcrowded, tables and floors not clean, the bar is not what you would expect, the rooms are old. I am sorry to say but this is not what you would expect and hope for.

Un hôtel familial bien situé près de la plage mais dont les chambres auraient besoin d'être rafrachies, notamment les salles de bain et la moquette. Heureusement, le service et la propreté contrastent positivement avec la qualité des chambres. Restaurant très moyen.

Hotel waar wij voor de pandemie regelmatig kwamen. Nu waren wij er opnieuw 7 nachten. Supervriendelijk personeel, keuken is ok, goed ontbijt behalve het harde brood. Geen wifi de eerste 3 dagen, was erg vervelend want ik had dat nodig voor mijn werk. Leuke bar met te hoge prijzen. Het leek wel vakantieperiode, schreeuwende kinderen die door de gangen rennen en blaffende honden in de omgeving van onze kamer, lawaai overal eigenlijk. Kamers hebben een dringende update nodig, versleten matrassen en vuile vloeren. Koelkastje maakt veel lawaai en moet uit stopcontact getrokken worden om te kunnen slapen. Zwembad en Spa zijn openbaar met weinig toezicht. Ook veel lawaai en de sauna wordt door sommigen niet hygiënisch gebruikt, zonder te douchen op voorhand en zonder handdoek. Om uit te rusten moet je ergens anders zijn.
