1. Check-in/Check-out: 5/5 We had been waited on to give us a key and then showed around what was what. 2. Rooms (cleanliness, amenities) 5/5 Spotless huge apartment with bedrooms, living room and a fully equipment kitchen. 3. On-premise restaurants: n/a This is an apartment building and while there are restaurants and coffee shops in the area, we opted to have breakfast in Salzburg. 4. Pool area: n/a Did not use the amenities. 5. Service: 5/5 Notes: I got in touch with the property manager well in advance since we were coming in later in a day. Asked for some restaurant recommendations and shared that we had a special occasion to celebrate. Before we knew it, she had upgraded our stay to an amazing and a much bigger property that made us feel like royalty. Believe me, it was HUGE! We stayed at A-VITA Living Luxury apartments and it felt like the building is brand new. Overall weighted score: 5.0 out of 5.0 Would we come back? Yes and Yes.

Another fabulous week at Viktoria Residence Seefeld, our second visit since we found this gem of a place last year. Centrally located with all the amenities needed for a home from home holiday. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, crockery etc. Bathrooms equally well equipped with modern shower and bath, separate WC, super fluffy white towels plentiful as was hot water and water pressure excellent. Super lounge and kitchen areas, bedrooms spacious and the whole apartment spotlessly clean. Host Anita and her son super helpful and friendly. Check in easy, undercover parking too, which is a bonus when loading and unloading luggage. Overall a superb holiday, thank you, we will be back. Our apartment was Top 9, and we have previously stayed in Top 11, both equally fabulous.

Anita and her family team were very welcoming, organizing Guest / ski passes and offering advise on all the local facilities. The apartment was modern, spacious and very inviting. The kitchen was fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The balcony with a stunning view of the mountains was accessible via the dining area & bedroom. The underground garage with internal lift access was very convenient, especially when unloading/loading luggage. The apartment is conveniently located in a quiet part of town with easy access to all that Seefeld has to offer. We will definitely return.
