The hotel was truly unique, and the old architecture and history was amazing. The wine cellar tour is a must do. The room and entire hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast spread was extensive with endless delicious options. The fitness centre was fantastic with up-to-date equipment. Laura was especially helpful with accommodating our needs during our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again.

A combination of a historical gem and a hip hotel with grandeur: I had a gorgeous experience! Loved the wellness facilities, the room(s) and the extravagant and funky decoration of the whole hotel. One can still feel the spiritual vibe of the medieval monastery; this hotel is a must-visit for every history lover! The cuisine is delicious, the staff is lovely. I must admit it is one of the rare hotels where I did not freeze in my room in winter:-) Kudos to the owners: To run such an establishment for generations is impressive!

In disbelief as to the rudeness of the staff aat this hotel that calls itself a 5 star property. We ordered tea in the bar, the water tea water was cold. When we asked our waiter to please bring us hot water, his response was not a simple “yes sir” as one would expect. He instead started arguing that the water is hot because the machine it came out of cost $20,000 and stormed off. I went to speak to a manager and quickly realized why the staff is so rude, the lady manager was even worse. Her response to us was “he is emotional”. If you do decide to stay at this property, be prepared for “emotional” staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Klosterbräu from 29th Nov - 1st Dec and it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in all my years of travel. We booked a Nature Double Room which was gorgeous (I believe this is one of their newer rooms) - and this came with a mind blowing view of the outside. We opted for full board , and what a good decision it was. Breakfast and Dinner service was excellent and the servers were attentive and polite. I loved how we were assigned the same table with our name on it for all 4 days. It’s the little attention to details such as providing us with an English newsletter daily (knowing that we only spoke English) - and providing a flask of water on the 2nd day (after we requested for it on the first night) which made it feel that we were well looked after. The food spread was impressive - delicious + large spread. There are tons of activities to book with the hotel. We had a hike with Thomas on the 2nd day - and again, although we did not speak German, we were grateful that the guide made every effort to switch between both languages The front desk was very helpful. On the very day we were supposed to leave for Garmisch- our cab failed to turn up due to the bad weather (zero fault of the hotel). The concierge spent every effort in ensuring that they were able to get a replacement cab for us. Before we left , the concierge asked us to choose a small gift to take away with us (I believe this is done for all guests). Again - it comes at little costs to the hotel im sure- but things like this speaks volumes of the thoughtfulness we’ve experienced during our stay there.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at! We have traveled all over the world and enjoyed many spas and resorts but this one blew us away. We were wowed by the beautiful details and service. We had a junior wellness suite and it was so pampering - definitely worth it! We had our own sauna on our patio! They spoiled us!

Super hotel with great location. In the middle of the city and nearby the mountains, natur. Big SPA area, fitness.... The atmosphere is relaxing, service is 5 from 5! Hotel is big ebough, enough space for family, couples... Not disturbing.

We headed to Seefeld just for a couple of days with the intent to walk / hike around the foot of the Alps. We were swept off our feet by the hospitality offered by the Resort - early check in; a welcome snack on arrival; and prompt delivery of our luggage. The experience continued with healthy meals all through our stay; spacious grounds to spread out the guests; amazing masseuse at the spa; and an aesthetic and fully functional gym. We will be back!

We really have never seen a hotel where so many details have been implemented so well as in this hotel. Whether it's the egg from the house chicken that is ready in the restaurant at room number in the morning or the spa outfit that is ready for the kids in the room or a complete petting zoo / petting farm, everything has been thought out so well that this real dream destination. The hotel is located in the middle of cozy Seefeld. It is good shopping here. Ski and cross-country areas are within walking distance. In the restaurant you have a fixed table for breakfast and dinner. The personal service and hospitality in this family run hotel is excellent!! It has both indoor and outdoor pools. Swimming outside at -15 in water of 31gr was especially addictive. Our kids were very enthusiastic about the kids club. Open 7 days a week from noon, all the kids could eat together, very nice! So we, the parents, had a holiday to haha. Very luxurious gym! In short, a genuine feast to stay here!

This hotel offers a refined winter stay in a beautiful setting. Spa facilities are extensive with indoor and outdoor pools, many spas and steam baths, a great gym and plenty of places to lounge on comfortable day beds throughout the spa and pool area. There was always a space available, even though the hotel was booked. We had a newly decorated room in light pine which was extremely comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide range of choices at breakfast and dinner with wonderful service. Seefeld is a beautiful town for walking, cross country skiing and window shopping. A very special ambiance awaits here.
