Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, den Kindern hat besonders das Bad gefallen, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und super Essen! Gerne wieder!

Our room vibrated with the sounds of live music / techno until 4am each night. It was appalling, never been so restless. We have a six month old baby, so that is saying something. Avoid at all costs if you value a decent night sleep. Shocking stay

Great location, friendly staff, fantastic food. The hotel rooms/apartment is always cleaned nicely. We also enjoyed the pool every evening after a day out skiing. Great hotel for families and we would recommend and will return. Thank you

This is a excellent restaurant. Lots of choice and not at a bad price. My husband had the trout and it was gorgeous, fresh from Leautsh..I had a spaghetti dish with chicken *****es and a tomato,rocket and parmesan topping ..Finished off with a Heisse Liebe ice cream and my husband had the Carmelino ice cream ...Don't mind saying it nearly sank us ...but in a good way..Definitely one to visit ..They are opposite the Klosterbrau hotel and if you like good food ..TRY...

very helpful and kind the blonde lady at the reception speaking italian, honest hotel, nice pool, poor wifi and difficult the parking underground if you have a medium sized car.

Good day to you all Would like to talk about the restaurant in this wonderful place in seefeld in Tirol Austria, 2 situation with the service worker there , First was last week with a service person which was unhelpful or politely at all ,I order my regular drink in the evening after longday of hospitals and doctors in innsbruck, the man take my orders and come another one which I go especially there because os his kindness ,unfortunately I don't know his name but he is thin and glatt with out hair with a wonderful smile to all his Gäste with work stress or without , Back to the rud one he duplicate my drink order and want to force me to pay both, I told him it's not my broplem that u see my drink her fast and u do it again u should take it back and connect with u friend on the service floor it's u work sys It's not my fault but he was so rude ,in the time that I pay I leave anyway tips as aporcent from the bill amount but I pay with card and he was more rude ,I leave the tip on the table anyway coz he refuse it so rud, 2end one is yesterday I was with a friend order soup abd soft drink then we wait 30 minutes that we order something after food but nobody is there then I move my self want to the Bar to order what we need and u ignored from 3 service worker and when I said I wait since half hour plz I would like this and this then ,she said wait with rude way again tell.my Co worker come to u I said sorry am Gäste I pay for this and I would like to have something to drink then again rude ,I said I can't wait thank you for make my day end with this silly unpleasant way ....I pay now and fast ...that's all sorry to this nice one there but this rassistisch way I don't like u are unwelcome and if u are 4 star place u don't deserve it ..... We had cafes and drinks at the restaurant mid afternoon. The staff were not at all cheerful. Felt as though they were doing us a favour to serve us. The coffee was adequate. Cakes ok but not as good as those we had elsewhere. I had black coffee which was about half a small cup. I asked for extra hot water in the coffee and was told I would be charged for it. Very disappointed . 2 couples in our party. All felt it was mediocre. Would not return or recommend it. Definitely the worst place we visited during our stay in innsbruck..seefeld itself is beautiful though

Excellent hotel for a family ski holiday!!! Family friendly and amazing! Very child-friendly, it has an awesome play room/games room that suits kids age toddler to teenager, with a kids club available. The staff are all wonderful, friendly, and the service is fantastic! Everybody - waiting staff, bar staff, chefs, reception, everyone is excellent! I want to make a special mention for DORA - she does the bingo on Friday night and does an excellent job! Please get her a microphone so she doesn’t have to run to the tables :) she is wonderful! The food is excellent - it’s delicious and lots of choice - I highly recommend half board, so breakfast and dinner. They take food allergies very seriously we are so impressed. I am allergic to sesame and every night they gave us a menu with all of the dishes crossed out that contained sesame - 5* service to customers with food allergies. The rooms are clean and very nice and the rooms have a bath in them which I was really pleased about. The hotel is right in the middle of town so perfect location, right next to a big supermarket. Beautiful ski slopes near by, and an ice rink! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We will be back every year to this fantastic hotel.

We’ve just returned from a week at the Farienhotel Kaltschmid hotel in Seefeld and very much enjoyed our stay. We’d read some reviews before we arrived and were a little apprehensive as a few of them were not so complimentary. Well, in the main, we found this hotel excellent. Reception welcoming and efficient, large traditionally furnished room with all the facilities you would normally expect, very comfy bed and nice view of the mountains. The food at breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice including freshly cooked eggs and omelettes and a wide selection of fresh bread. At dinner it was waiter service and again the choice was excellent and all our meals were well cooked and presented. A complimentary glass of beer or a carafe of wine was a lovely additional bonus. A special word towards our waiter, Ferenc (Frank) who was excellent, professional and by the end of the week, we’d like to think a good friend. Special thanks. The spa was clean and well run and the roof terrace lovely to enjoy the lovely weather we experienced during our stay. Amazing to lie there in the sun and view the beautiful surrounding mountains and peaks. The only downside to the hotel and the only reason it didn’t get an excellent is that there is a bar on the ground floor and the music especially at weekends can be a little intrusive and most nights didn’t finish till well past midnight. It didn’t spoil our wonderful stay but it’s something, if you are staying here, you should be aware off.
