What an incredible hotel. The rooms were perfect size. The food was delicious and lots of variety. The ski in and ski out was perfect allowing easy access to the mountains. We also did the fondue and it was amazing as well. Cannot wait to go back.

We visited for lunch. Despite pre booking from the sister hotel the Edelweiss the maitre D on the terrace claimed we hadn’t a booking. Totally unhelpful. After persuasion he found as a table that wasn’t set. They made no effort to lay the table for us. The service was poor to the point of being rude and although the food was good it was overpriced. Not a pleasant experience at all. We won’t be returning

perfect hotel, perfrct service, perfect location, perfect spa, everything was perfect, highly recomended.dinner lunch and breakfast were special and tasty, the room was exellent, hotel manager came every evening to talk to all the guests at dinner, very attentive team at all depatments.

We've been back here every year (bar Covid years) for the last 7. The kids love it and want to go back every year. If you can afford it, it's the perfect place for a family ski holiday. The ski shop, ski school and slopes are literally on the doorstep, and there's an amazing spa, swimming pool and sauna area too. Service is always impeccable. It's our favourite ski hotel in the world.

We loved the stay at Top hotel. Great atmosphere, the location is on point, culinary also outstanding. All of the staff is very kind, at reception, restaurant and housekeeping. We would definitely come back!

Great location, excellent hotel and staff. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Dinner is an absolute joy with a great variety to choose from. Breakfast is copious and more than sufficient. Ski cellar for boots and skis. Spa is also wonderful

All in all it was a great experience. The hotel apparently changed ownership two years ago and reading some of the reviews there have been some struggles providing the expected service. However during out stay we were pleasantly surprised. There was a new chef and boy oh boy, he can cook. The terrace is magnificent, you can literally ski on the terrace from the slope and is perfectly located to the sun. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and the spa is one of the best I've seen in a mountain hotel. Two points of improvement, the room was very warm, I like it a bit colder. And the wine list, some wines were overpriced. I will be definitely come back next year.

Amazing hotel...in a fantastic location - truly ski in/out. The restaurant and food was outstanding, varied and of a very high standard, this together with the spa and location make this a unique experience which we feel privileged to have enjoyed.
