When we walked in the smell was terrible. There was a dry drain causing sewer smell into the lobby. No discount offered we were unable to sit at the restraunt or bar. Off putting we rarely travel and we were looking forward to a fun time. We wanted to dine and enjoy the bar area. Team did an incredible job making us feel welcome! Awesome gym and amenities. Outstanding food on-property and a food hall, convenience store, coffee shop, brewery - all walkable.

Our second stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the Mexican dining and thought it to be very reasonably priced. There are several nicely laid out public areas around the hotel. The room was spotless and we thought the bed was extremely comfortable. Red Rocks is in a great location not far from the I70. Definitely appreciated the ample free parking.

This is a beautiful hotel on the outside and even on the inside the rooms are a little rough even though they are updated the guests have chips on the top of them my nightstand hat I have no idea what on it along with curly hairs. Mirrors weren't clean thoroughly neither were floors or surfaces. Very nice and quiet though bed a little hard and lumpy. I've stayed at the one in Wes**inster and it is wonderful this one's very different don't know exactly why. I don't know everything just seem to be like chipping off paint or something.

Most of the staff is nice. I didn’t get their names, but there is a young gentleman that works the reception area at night, and he was very sweet and nice. We also had to deal with 2 female staffers, one of them was very rude and short, the other one was nice, again I didn’t get their names. The server in the cafeteria was rude, we had breakfast one morning , there were 2 occupied tables. We sat down and waited for about 5-7 minutes, she never came to get our order and we went to ask her if we needed to wait or could order and she said: “I’ll get to you when I can”, again, it was not busy at all, therefore we didn’t eat there again for the rest of our 4 day stay.

This is a really fun, modern hotel. We enjoyed the decor and the wool blankets on the beds. The restaurant and bar are very cozy and nice.

Staff was friendly, property was clean. The tacos were bland and the bed and pillows weren't comfortable for my husband and I.

Staff was very helpful checking in late. Good breakfast. Convenient location to stay the night before hitting the mountains.

Love that there was a bar and restaurant on site. Convenient to all amenities. Very nice spacious, quiet room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars are not enough!
