部屋が古いせいか清潔感が感じられなかった
洗面の水が詰まっていたり、浴室の照明がつかなかったりと残念でした。

Easy Check-in. Great customer service. Perfect location. Very near to train station. Room was nice. We had a great stay.

Had lovely stay very central and about 3 mins walk from train & bus station.
Staff are so friendly and helpful.
Rooms were very clean and warm.
Maybe need a few more clothes hangers, but other than that very very minor detail.
Would definitely recommend

Room is very basic, more like a motel. AC in the room was not working and told the receptionist a few times and they seen very surprised, and claimed that it should work. And said they will look at it when we explored the city. And of course they didn’t fix it. Room is very hot and can’t open the window to sleep as too much noises plus very closed to the train station. The bathroom has lots of mold on the ceiling. The only pro thing is you can have unlimited coffees and teas at the restaurant and sit.

We felt safe and cared for during our stay. Our room was comfortable and had a great view down the street. We loved the coffee and water station, and the tables in the lobby for playing cards or eating a takeaway meal. The hotel is very convenient to the train/bus/transport station and is just a couple minutes’ walk down to the water. We did not appreciate how expensive the breakfast was and would not select that again.

The location is very good that it’s close to the main train station. The staff are very helpful. They guided us how to get the ticket for the free traffic within Geneva. The room are spacious enough for two big luggages. Definitely recommend it!
