Very expensive for the services provided. The hotel has excellent staff, always happy to help. Nicely located, walking distance from all the tourist sites. Hotel needs to upgrade the heating system and the showers - too hot or too cold!! Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Our flight got cancelled and we had to find a last minute place to stay. the staff were very helpful and understanding, going out of their way to help us out. So much so that when our flight got cancelled again, the next day, we came back to the same hotel. Thank you

There was a drainage smell in the room. They tried to use air fresheners but after 3 days, it was uncomfortable. I was moved to "superior" room which did not smell. Did not seem much different. The walls are thin, you can hear people coughing! Obviously TV noise is also heard from other rooms. Staff were helpful but there is a structiral problem with drains and thin walls

Very good location, walk distance to WTO and UN offices. Also quite convenient to the city center. Breakfast is nice with traditional cheese, bread, fruits, and coffee. However, the price is a bit high compare to other cities, but, this is Geneva!

Really nice little Swiss hotel with wonderful staff right near the UN and its agencies. Walking distance to good restaurants, mon repos parc and really handy transit nearby. The staff is friendly and courteous and go out of their way to be kind. Two suggestions for hotel - my shower head would not stay in place so, no matter what I did, water on the ground. Rooms are impeccably clean but hard to find plugs without having to crawl under the tables near the bed. Most travellers are using phones as their alarm clocks so something handy near the lights would be great. I will return.

My favourite place to stay in Geneva! Artsy, cozy, brilliant staff and handy location for UN, WHO, and other international institutions.

The hotel is located not far away from the central main station and close to the park " Mon Repos". It is possible to walk (approx. 20min) or to take a train to the station Geneve Scheron. I stayed 2 nights, the room was very good and quiet. I had some issues when booking, but onside the staff at the reception help me to correct all my errors in fast and kind way. The breakfast is good, with many choices and has international level.

i stayed here for 6 nights to attend a workshop conducted by a nearby international organization. it was chilly in geneva during autumn and winter was just around the corner. this unassuming hotel will make you feel you're home. there's a heater inside my room. a bath tub awaits me everyday. a hot shower is always available. it just bothers me that the shower holder is loose and i could not position it at the exact angle where it would not wet the floor. i always get a daily room make-up regardless if i hang the sign on my door or not. the elevator, though, makes me a little claustrophobic. umbrellas are available whenever a sudden rainshower happens unexpectedly. how convenient. and the staff are warm and friendly would love to come back in this hotel if given another chance.
