I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best, thank you to La Réserve Genève and the whole team for making my stay incredible by meeting all my expectations. refined room, relaxing spa, restaurants, valet parking, an incredible park, a place must to discovery.

I stayed there for a weekend and was wonderfully looked after by the staff. Sabrina in the restaurant is an absolute rockstar. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has all the facilities you need and the spa is a must to visit. Thank you very much for the lovely weekend.

La Reserve Geneva is a hidden gem of a city resort. We stay less than 24hs then and it was amazing. All the employees looked us inside our eyes with a smile and said bonjour . This is a high standard training program. Great job! The breakfast is amazing. The bedroom is very comfortable and the bathroom too. The spa and gym are an extra surprise. Very nice! I will come back soon!

This is an exceptional hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, whether assisting you in the hotel or offering recommendations for the city. I ate in two of the on-site restaurants and the food was wonderful. The spa was very well maintained and offered a peaceful space for people to enjoy the pool. The treatments were amongst the best I’ve ever had.

Went there 24 of us facilities were very clean and tidy. The staff was very accommodating very helpful. The facilities are great the restaurants the food again staff were great. Food was great. I personally highly recommend it for anyone that wants to completely unwind and reset themselves, I will definitely revisit.

La Reserve was the perfect place for a leisurely weekend in Geneva. The staff were incredible, the hotel and had everything one could need and the breakfast was delicious as were the restaurants. Didn’t get a chance to play tennis but that is something I look forward to doing during my next stay at La Réserve.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. They make the stay extra enjoyable. The location is great and in a peaceful area. The hotel is well designed and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is amazing and so is the spa and wellness area. Would highly recommend.

We booked a stay on 1st of January 2024 for our family of 4. We had an options of 2 connected Executive rooms, ideal variant for a family. Kids room was transferred into Twin by an evening service, great attention to details - we had 2 boys. Excellent welcome amenities: a bottle of wine, sweets, oranges, fresh and tasty cake from pastry chef. The little one received a toy and lots of candies :) Rooms are in excellent condition, all is perfectly maintained. Hotel has a beautiful Festive decoration - Bravo to the Team of HK, designers, florists. They created a magic atmosphere in the hotel. The service was good, we had a dinner in restaurant Lotti, we loved the design, the place is cosy. Spa area is very big, the temperature of a swimming pool is 28-29 degrees, ideal for a swimming and moving. Sauna, hammam are separated in zones: women/men. All is clean and very well maintained. The only particularity one should know: the kids under 15 are allowed to a Spa area (including interior swimming pool) strictly from 14:00 to 16:00. At check-in our rooms were getting ready only by 15:00, so please be ready to change yourself in Spa area directly to be able to enjoy a pool with your smaller kids. The hotel is a perfect place to relax and unwind, its location away the city centre is an advantage - a perfect option for a short break in a city with a feeling on being on resort. We recommend.
