場所はあまり便利ではありません。ただし、片道 RM7 で交通手段を提供しており、ゲンティン スカイアベニュー バス ターミナルで乗り降りできます。オンライン予約のみで、片道 RM6 です。

湿気とカビの臭いを除けば、すべて問題ありません。 新しい建物は装飾の匂いが強く、山の湿気はひどいです。寝具は非常にカビ臭く、ベタベタした湿気と匂いがあり、枕は濡れています。 サービスはとても良く、男の態度は素晴らしいです。

ユニットのメンテナンスが全く行き届いていません。風が吹くと非常にうるさいです。バスルームの洗面台が詰まっています。お勧めできません。

部屋は清潔でよく管理されていました。 駐車場が便利です。 次回もまた泊まります。

チェックイン時間は午後3時と言われたのに、部屋はまだ準備ができていませんでした。

I've always come here to stayed when I came to Genting, I've started staying here since 8 yrs ago by then only know as Ion Delemen but to my disappointment that after a couples of towers hv been taken over by some private properties I felt they didn't care about my request and a couples of times didn't gave me the room I want although hv paid the room prices and when I asked why they just replied no more rooms left although when I always booked at least 2 mths ahead and it shown got plenty of rooms left on the date I select. Like this time I booked 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms but when I checked in only hv 1 bathroom and I've been charged for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms price,this happened a couples of times lady, hopefully the person in charge will look after this matter, tq

The environment was bad; the house was very dirty inside and out, false ceiling dust was everywhere—on the corridor, dressing table, bathtub, and in the toilet. All the sofa pillows had multiple mold spots. The water flow was weak, and the pressure was very low. The one-way tub's water worked in the "on" position. The kitchen drying rack was dirty, and the cups all had black mold.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, with spotless rooms providing a comfortable stay. The customer service staff are extremely friendly and attentive, addressing issues promptly and efficiently. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it!

Good and fast respond of the landlord, very clean place with 2 futon bed for corner studio, occupied with water dispenser, nearest to first world genting.

Pros Good location. 10 minutes drive to Sky Avenue. Access road conditions are windy, minimal elevation change and most of the roads are lit at night. Plenty of facilities. Well equipped for a 2 bedroom unit. Cons Poor cleanliness. Entire house's floor sticky, not mopped. MUST wear the slippers provider in the house to prevent the icky feel under your feet. Hot water for master bedroom not working. Hot water heater seems to be running on a tank system. So expect hot water to deplete half way into your shower and you need to continue with freezing cold water. Not all TV channels working. You might face insufficient parking if you are visiting during peak season.

Location off beat. Finding route was troublesome. Collecting keys before entering car park. Lift to level 7 access was hidden, took time to find then the room was ok. The sink was leaking I called and their response was immediate. Must see how things work now.

The apartment is quite new. the scenery is wonderful. Need to take the bus provided by hotel (RM 7) to go to First world plaza. Or take taxi RM 40 for less than 10 minute. Overall it's ok for me

Good view from the Balcony.. Need to take bus to go into themepark and casino. Also need to pay Rm7 for each trip per person.
