Worst experience and absolutely non responsive management, wouldn't recommend anyone to go through this harassment. O booked a room for 3 nights but checked out after 2 as the bathroom was full of spider webs and insects, hadn't been cleaned for weeks. I shared a WhatsApp video with the front desk and asked them to cancel my booking with a refund for the 3rd night as I moved to another hotel, and have not had a resolution yet. I'm being told for over 3 days that we are waiting to hear back from management. Very bad unhygienic environment in a world that recovered from pandemic is not acceptable in hospitality.
